I would not stay here again.
Pros:

There was nothing really great to say about this property. I would not come here again.

Cons:

We booked a 3 person room, but the room only came with sets of 2. We had to go back downstairs to ask for additional items (indoor shoes, toothbrushes, etc.). The room also didn’t have plugs in convenient places and no clock to tell the time. There is a smell when you’re walking through the hotel, like cleaning supplies but a very strong smell.


The worst part was the bathroom. Just looking at the bathroom, I wanted to cancel my stay and go somewhere else. The bathroom looked very old and the floor didn’t look clean. The sink drains very slowly, almost as if it’s clogged with something. The toilet is in a corner with a wall right in front of it. When you sit on the toilet, depending on how tall or big you are, your knee may be touching the wall or you might have trouble sitting down to use the toilet.

Free drinking water dispenser

Cons:

Even tough they advertise free shuttle service, they didn't reply to 3 messages sent, so took taxi in the end (200 TWD from train station).
Run-down, not properly cleaned hotel. Wifi unstable.

Pros:

1. 櫃臺服務人員溫和有禮、服務佳。
2. 地下停車場空間大、車位多。
3. 步行約10分鐘即可抵達臺東觀光夜市，非常便利。
4. 內處住宅區內，非常安靜。
5. 預訂住宿時有要求高樓層客房、房間超大，樓層非常安靜，無隔音不佳問題，直到第二天有團客入住同樓層，大哥大姐的音量較為大聲，但不是在休息時間，也還好。
6. 做為追熱氣球的我們來講，往回開也只要1小時，非常方便。
7. 開車到臺東市各景點也非常近。
8. 退房後直達屏東三地門也只要三小時，對於環島旅遊的我們是非常好的中繼點。
9. 美中不足的是蓮蓬頭有點老舊，水量足但都亂噴，建議檢修或換新。
