Buenas instalaciones, servicio, y solución al huésped mediocre. Política de compensación por los errores nula.
Pros:

Servicio de room service pésimo.
Pocos empleados hablaban correctamente inglés.
Hice mis quejas respecto a todas cenas malas que no me permitieron quedarme tranquila en mi habitación cenando, y solo se disculparon. Al día siguiente se cometían los mismos errores.
En las habitaciones no se reponían tazas limpias, vasos. Solo se llevaban lo usado y luego uno debía estar pidiendo cada cosa que necesitaba
