Had a problem with breakfast service on first morning, the restaurant manager was very apologetic and rectified matters very quickly and compensated us very generously.

Breakfast was very excellent.Room was on 5th floor overlooking railway tracks with trains coming and going all the time but no noise heard in the room.. The hotel was in a great position. I loved it and would stay there again.

Great Location. Close to Train Station and Red-Light District and easy walk to anywhere else we needed to be. Clean, comfortable room, lovely staff. Great restaurant downstairs as well.
Location is excellent as it’s so close to Amsterdam Centraal. Standard king room is decent and clean. The temp of the hot water is impressive.
I find that there isn’t enough lighting in the room. All lighting in the room are dim and low lit. Very hard to pack when this dark. The only bright spot of light is the bathroom.
