Highly disappointing
Pros:

The only advantage of this hotel is its location – it is conveniently situated close to the train station and the city centre. Unfortunately, beyond this, the experience was highly disappointing.

The rooms and corridors were noticeably unclean, giving the impression that they had not been properly vacuumed for an extended period. Housekeeping did not attend our room even once during our stay, not even to empty the rubbish bin, let alone provide the standard daily cleaning service.

The ice machines located on the corridors, which are advertised in every room, were not functioning.
Breakfast was of very poor quality, offering only a limited selection of items. Additionally, the food in the warmers was completely cold and, for unclear reasons, not being heated at all.

One of the four elevators was permanently out of service, which constitutes a significant inconvenience in a hotel of this size. Furthermore, the water pressure in both the sink and the shower was extremely low, making basic use difficult.

Overall, these issues are entirely unacceptable for a hotel charging 310 EUR per night. I would not recommend this property, unless the price were significantly reduced to approximately 100 EUR.

Lovely hotel but the hold and refund process doesn’t seem to take the original out of pending

Excellent hotel and location!
Pros:

The Hilton Doubletree is a first class hotel with the perfect location at Central Station, where most bus tours depart and it is in Old Town. Public trams and trains are nearby. The option breakfast, discounted if you sign up at checki-n, is a must have. The large variety of items, as well as the custom gluten free and regular Dutch pancakes, omlettes, gf toast, etc. are delicious. Allow more time for custom orders. Most tours leave early and the convenience of breakfast, at the hotel, is worth it. All rooms have good city and canal views. There is a comfortable, scenic 11th floor bar and a scenic viewing area, on the top of the hotel, where drinks and appetizers are served.
We enjoyed relaxing in the ground floor Edn restaurant, where we had daily breakfast along with a delicious gf dinner.

Great hotel in a wonderful location
Pros:

We really liked this hotel. We arrived very early in the morning, and though our room was not ready, they treated us well and eventually got us into our room before the 3pm check-in. The woman working the front desk was wonderful. The hotel is in a great location: steps away from the central train station, restaurants, and canals. They have an amazing coffee shop attached to the building. Our room was comfortable with all the amenities we needed.
