pleasant but for that price, i expected more.
Pros:

the location was the main reason we chose it. close to the station and the meeting point of the tours. Also easy to walk to the center for the restaurants. The view from the room was nice too.

Cons:

for the price we paid, the cleaning service was not on time, we had to leave the room again for them to clean in the afternoon. The tea bags and the coffee capsules are not refilled during our 4 nights stay. Was expecting more for the price we paid.

Excellent stay in a well located hotel
Pros:

The location is excellent. The staff were helpful and dealt promptly with enquiries. The cookie they give to guests on arrival is delicious

Cons:

The staff could be more friendlier. It was our first visit. Would have liked for them to have been more engaging (without being prompted)

Great hotel in center of Amsterdam
Pros:

Great hotel, kind staff, room was clean, beds were comfortable. Had a late check-in around 01:00 AM and the staff was very friendly.

Perfect choice!
Pros:

The location was perfect. The concierge was always helpful and friendly. The attitude when addressing problems were impressive. We upgraded for 100€ to a suit and it was worth every penny.

Cons:

Nothing really maybe just the carpets as it makes it hard to push your luggage.
