Pros:

The property was central to everything. We enjoyed the view.

Beautiful hotel with very immaculate room, hotel was very clean and welcoming

Cons:

We was located on the 10th floor and the night club above was very frustrating with the bass keeping me awake to early hours of the morning, if you want a good night sleep avoid this floor,

Pros:

Great location and great room. Buffet breakfast was excellent in Eden. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

Lack of amenities in the room- ie shower cap & vanity set that I would expect in a hotel for this price.

Happy overall. Enjoyed our stay. Staff excellent.

The location was excellent, and the view from the room was absolutely stunning. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and professional. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

Cons:

On the negative side, there was a slight delay when using the elevators, especially during peak hours. In addition, the bottles of body lotion in the bathroom were almost empty upon our arrival and were never refilled during our stay.

- The check-in desk was extremely crowded, and the process felt like going through passport control all over again.
- There were no luggage carts or baggage assistance available.
- The view from the room was poor.
- The twin room had enough towels for only one person.
- The housekeeping staff were intrusive and kept knocking on the door.
- I also found an insect on the floor of the room, which raised concerns about cleanliness.
- The hotel charges for the power adapter if it is not returned.
- The room door was very heavy and difficult to open and close.
