Not easy to reach staff

We stayed under two consecutive back-to-back bookings. Before arrival we messaged the property via Booking asking whether we could remain in the same room across the two reservations to avoid moving. At check-in we asked the front desk the same question. The answer both times was that they didn’t know and that we needed to call a separate phone number (not the front desk) 1–2 days before the first booking ended.

I called that number on time, as instructed. I was told they’d "work on it" and call me back the next day. No one called. I had to call again, re-explain the entire situation from scratch, and was then told no — we had to move rooms. We packed everything, loaded it into our car, and had to drive around with all our luggage for the day because no reasonable person on vacation is going to sit in a parking lot for hours waiting for the next check-in window. This is the opposite of "seamless" — and it was a problem the property knew about a week in advance and did nothing useful with.

The second room was a significant downgrade despite our explicit request for a quiet, comfortable location. We were placed on the ground floor, roughly 10 meters from the property entrance, right next to the lobby. Cars drove past day and night, disturbing sleep. Dense vegetation outside the windows blocked nearly all natural light during the day. The room felt closed-in and noisy at the same time.

The sound insulation in this unit was not just poor — it was genuinely shocking. We could hear every word from the neighboring unit clearly, even when they were speaking normally. Every sneeze, every movement, every plastic bag rustle. We didn’t have neighbors in the first room, so this was a new and unpleasant discovery in the second.

Casi nos comen los mosquitos en el apartamento y , literalmente, se nos meten en la maleta. Entiendo que es normal la abundancia, pero no creo que fuésemos las primeras personas que vivimos esa situación. Creo que, al menos, podrían intentar hacer algo o usar algún producto para ahuyentarlos.
En los 3 días que estuvimos en el lugar, nadie vino a limpiar ni a cambiar nada. Al menos podrían avisar de esta circunstancia en algún sitio para considerarlo y decidir si queremos un lugar con estas características.

De kamer was een beetje donker, de douche niet heel krachtig.

La struttura è adeguata al posto.

Please correct the false information about the garden view — it was actually facing the parking lot and street, which generated a lot of noise.

Bardzo cienkie ściany, wszystko słychać.

Notice about not having elevators in parking garage or to the condo should be given. Multiple flights of stairs made it difficult with suitcases.

La 1 ere chambre prevue avait des insectes du a des travaux a proximite,mais le personnel de l acceuil a tres bien reagi en nous donnant une autres chambre.
Point faible il est indique queen size bed soit 160 cm
Mais le lit fait 140 cm ce qui ne correspond pas a l annonce indiquee et c est tres petit.emplacement rez de chaussee pas de vue
