Pros:

Pokojné prostorné, čisté, malá kuchyňka, vše potřebné 🙂 možné parkování a hned naproti krásná pláž.
Velmi dobrá lokalita, poblíž obchodu a restaurací.

Cons:

Za celý náš pobyt neproběhl ani jednou úklid a dokonce jsme si museli po třech dnech samy vynést odpadky , jelikož už nebyly kam dávat.

Great location but not so great unit
Pros:

Location was good, very close to Kamalao beach, just across the road and also some restaurants very close by.

Cons:

Room was basic, décor dated. Ground floor view of the parking. Insulation not great, you can hear people from the corridor and next door. TV was not working. Wifi only worked in the room. Communication zero, did not get any response for my queries. People at the reception were not helpful as the property was with different company. No housekeeping. Towels and bed linen very old and not good quality.

Cons:

During my stay, hotel staff entered my room without any prior notice or permission to move furniture. This was not an emergency, and I was not informed beforehand. I found this to be a serious breach of privacy and very unprofessional.

Guests should feel secure knowing their room will not be accessed without consent, except in emergencies. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel uncomfortable about the safety of my personal space and belongings.

I hope management reviews their policies to ensure this does not happen to future guests.

There was a cock roach in the room on two occasions. There was a charge to my credit card on the day I left that was not explained to me.

It was good and budget friendly
Pros:

Convenient location to beach and access. Greta price

Cons:

It’s a bit dated and we got a very small studio. Checking in was a bit confusing the resort is separate from the property who manages this for booking.Com. You need to contact a separate property company for questions. It they did respond very quickly to all inquires.

Near the bus stop and beach front. Very convenient for those who prefer not to rent a car/drive.

Cons:

Our room was at the last building of the property. Long walk to get in and out.

Nice little stay in a great location
Pros:

Perfect location, nice room with a tropical feel. Bed was comfortable. Clean, quiet for sleeping. We loved the free parking and being able to walk down to the beach for snorkelling - even saw a turtle off Kam III - and to restaurants etc. Lots of towels for the beach/pool. Good value overall.

Cons:

The room was fairly outdated and could do with an upgrade. I was a bit confused as to whether we were in a hotel room or timeshare, this wasn't clear from booking.com. Had to request housekeeping (I think). We were also in a room that had an internal door to the next room. This let A LOT of sound through. It felt like we were in next door's kitchen. Would be good if that was improved.

Pros:

Price/quality ratio - 10/10. In my extensive travel history, I've only given a 10 rating once before, and this hotel almost reached that level. If my room hadn't overlooked the parking lot, it would have received a perfect 10. Excellent location, cleanliness, and most importantly, a reasonable price. Free parking, excellent Wi-Fi, a clean swimming pool and jacuzzi on the premises – everything is quite close to ideal for the price.

We had a wonderful stay and hope to stay at the Mayi banyan again.
Pros:

It was in a very convenient location. Easy to walk to shops and food. Easy to navigate and the room was nice

Cons:

Our neighbor in 207A-the connecting room- were extremely loud at night from 8- 10 pm. The connecting door lets A LOT of noise through. Luckily we bought a sound machine but they were so loud I had to even use headphones with noise to drown them out until they quieted down. We would go to bed around 830/9 due to our time change. I would expect others around us to be awake but they were very loud and the door let too much noise through. I know this isn’t anything the property could control-just noisy neighbors. I wish the door could be more sound proof.
