Pros:

Location, comfy bed, great sized room.

Cons:

A good place to stay and handy to the bus routes
Pros:

It was perfect for our needs and was warm and comfortable as were the beds. Particularly liked the addition of a non-slip mat for the bath.

Cons:

Could have been more cooking utensils - e.g. bowl, jug etc.

Basic but practical and comfortable
Pros:

The room was perfect for 2 people, it felt spacious, as was the kitchen and bathroom, which you could close off. The shower was fantastic and it was great having a bath too.

Cons:

We found the room a little lacking. There were no dishwashing items, which we needed to request and still weren't sufficient. There were no bathroom supplies. The tea and coffee supplied were low and the milk was insufficient. The kitchen could definitely do with a good clean. There was a build up of dirt around the bottom of the fridge which could easily be wiped away and it let the room down. I would stay again as it was an affordable and convenient option and the actual lounge/sleeping space was great.

Very Comfortable Stay Close to the City Centre
Pros:

A very nice property, conveniently located close to the city centre. We received a complimentary upgrade to an executive suite, which was a great bonus. The hotel staff were very professional and friendly. The room was very clean and everything was as expected. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The only minor downside was the limited toiletries available in the bathroom. A very small tube of shower gel per person for the whole day was a bit insufficient. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Couple from West Coast.
Pros:

We loved the comfortable bed and the spacious room. We were very lucky to be upgraded to an executive studio at no extra cost. The room was also very clean.

Cons:

Road noise was quite annoying at night but other than that overall was excellent.

Pros:

Location is perfect and there is parking onsite. The room is clean. Staffs friendly and helpful. Overall is good value for money.

Cons:

Once the curtain is closed the door is hard to open/close.

Pros:

Friendly staff, great location, comfy bed, warm room with a wall heater with thermostat. Room and bathroom were clean. Free parking. Good price

Cons:

My room was a little different to the king studio photo with an additional single bed in the room which I would have rather had the space. .
