Le personnel de salle à manger pour les petits déjeuners le matin était très pro et très gentils
On nous a attribué une chambre au 19 eme etage. Le lit était cassé, le coffre fort était cassé, le fauteuil l'était aussi.
Après avoir signalé mon mécontentement, on nous a changé de chambre. Elle était deux fois plus grande, mais la salle de bain était très sale, traces de dentifrice sur le lavabo et la tablette.
Pas de plage puisque des travaux, un bruit effrayant car chantier de construction juste à coté. Grue,

Hotel que tiene varios años de construcción, falta arreglar algo UI nos detalle.
La ducha mala, muy poco caudal
Nos encantó la ubicación, frente al mar con una vista maravillosa. Además tiene cerca muchos lugares para comer y supermercados para abastecerse. La zona está llena de hoteles y es sector muy turístico que se siente segura.
Los ascensores son lentos y pocos para la cantidad de pisos que tiene el hotel. Podías demorarte mucho rato en bajar al desayuno o volver a tu habitación.
Warning very bad & expensive hotel. Staff are not helpful in any of normal requests, like i had to ask every day for cleaning the room & i would go to my work and come tired end of the day finding it not cleaned. I had to ask for towels. Bad humid smell in hotel. Construction noise. Windows leak air. Old furniture. Poor wifi connection. I basically chose the closest to where my business event was at intercontinental hotel after it was fully booked but i paid expensive rate for no value for money just the location
The staff was wonderful and the restaurant had several options. The breakfast buffet was incredible and the amenities were clean. The pools are a bit small but both have a wonderful view.
The room didn't have a view and due to construction (not the hotel's fault) the beach in front was closed off.
