Great stay in a great city
Pros:

The location was great and the staff was super helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the location was superb. The walking tour was fun and informative.

Cons:

The shower starts out scalding hot and you have to wait for the water to cool. You need to climb stairs to get to the rooms.

They also have a walking city tour with Mr Ibrahim a living jordanian encyclopedia ready to help you with every possible enquires. A must in Amman.

Great introduction to Amman and Jordan.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great, right in Downtown. A few minutes to the Roman Theatre. Up the stairs to the Citadel and the Archeology Museum. Big choices for breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Yazeed, Omar, Camille made us feel very much at home. Safe area, friendly locals. Shopping on the doorstep, restaurants a shortish walk away. Free walking tours with Ibrahim who gives you a feel for the place and many helpful tips. A place downstairs where you could chill, chat, read or whatever.

Cons:

The bathroom needed some attention and the supplies refilled. That said when a comment was made, it happened. Some nights noisier than others but Amman operates as a very busy night city.

Delusa da una notte da incubo

La seconda notte ci hanno dato una stanza tripla decente con aria condizionata regolabile e bagno funzionante. Ottima la colazione. Top il giro turistico con Ibraim.

La prima notte è stato un incubo. Siamo arrivati alle tre del mattino e alla reception c'era un ragazzo che non parlava inglese e non sembrava informato dello scambio di messaggi avuto con personale dello staff sia tramite booking che tramite WhatsApp. Per cui voleva darci una stanza accanto alla reception, cosa che mi ero raccomandata di non riservarci a causa delle recensioni che la indicano come buia e rumorosa. Ci ha quindi dato due stanze ai piani alti. La mia aveva le lenzuola non pulite, il bagno con sciacquone non funzionante e con tavoletta indecente. Il condizionatore funzionava da remoto ed ho patito il freddo tutta la notte. Non ho dormito e non ho potuto usare il bagno, dopo un viaggio lungo e faticoso. Ai miei nipoti è stata data una stanza con condizionatore non funzionante e gabinetto indecente. Mi aspettavo di non dover pagare per quella notte da incubo e invece... le 5 notti di fine vacanza ad Amman abbiamo deciso di trascorrerle in un altro albergo, leggermente meno costoso e con vista sul teatro romano, con frigo in stanza, asciugacapelli, ascensore e in generale servizi migliori.
