Only two floors of the four floors are renovated. five rooms are on the first floor next to the front desk. They can hear everything in your room and you can hear everything from the desk. there is glass above the doors the lobby lights stay on all night long so you have light shining into your room all night long I left after two nights I paid for five and they refused to refund me the nights that I didn’t stay it’s a horrible hotel. The noise from outside is bad but so is the noise from the inside because you hear everything from the front desk in echo. They are a deceiving hotel. I paid extra money for the en suite and I arrive. They tried to give me twin beds. The pictures are deceiving. I would never stay at this hotel again and I would never allow my friends or family to stay here.

Hôtel bien placé , en hyper centre donc forcément beaucoup de bruit .
Ahmed, nous a bien accueilli, il est serviable , a l’écoute et réactif . Il est très arrangeant et disponible pour nous aider. il a répondu à nos questions et nous a aiguillé dans la ville . Nous le remercions .

The staff here are very helpful and the location is really close to a lot of things you'd want to see or do in Amman. However, traffic in Amman is loud and people really like to honk their horns a lot.

If you're a light sleeper, I think you'll struggle with any place in this part of the city, but if the sounds of the city don't bother you and convenience is key then this would suit you well.

There is a walking tour that leaves from the hotel several times a day, and if you stay here I cannot recommend strongly enough that you should take the tour when you first arrive in Amman. Ask about it at the desk. The tour with Ibrahim is a great way to learn your way around downtown and know key things like how to cross the street like a local, which ATMs are the best to use, and where to find the best falafel you've ever tasted.

Besonders der Service hat uns super gefallen Faris hat sich um alle Probleme und Wünsche gekümmert, daher haben wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch das WLAN war hervorragend. Lediglich der Straßenlärm nervt etwas, aber das haben wir gerne in Kauf genommen, da wir so mitten in Amman waren. Von hier aus kannn man einige Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht zu Fuß erreichen und ich kann nur jedem Empfehlen eine Tour mit Ibrahim zu buchen. Der zeigt einem alles wichtige und führt einen toll in Jordanien und Amman ein, so dass man sich wirklich wohl fühlt. Wenn wir wieder nach Jordanien kommen, dann starten wir auf jeden Fall wieder im Jordan Tower Hotel!

This property has so many stairs but no lift.
We failed to realise that during the booking process and went there with our disabled mother.
They were swift to help us and arrange for alternative arrangements at one of their other hotels which had a lift.

Really friendly staff at a nice hotel right in the middle of downtown Amman.

Speak to the staff, they all speak perfect English and know plenty of things about the locality. Yazeed gave me suggestions for food and what to see. We had along conversation about everything, he really is an asset to the Jordan Tower, as are other two staff I met. I don't know how much you pay them but they are worth hanging onto - pay them more 👍🏻

I had a walking tour with Ibrahim this morning, he showed me around the market and shops, and explained lots of cultural things to me. Ibrahim knows lots of the traders and I tasted a few things in the market. He also showed me the mosque and the greco-roman baths. Ibrahim also speaks great English and is very knowledgeable about his city.

The hotel is at a major road intersection and it's Ramadan so expect plenty of hustle and bustle after sunset, but it's so vibrant. Take earplugs for sleeping and an eye mask. The air-conditioning works.

Cons: The building has no elevator. Stairs only. The rooftop was closed. Noisy neighborhood. Slightly uncomfortable beds.

Pro: walkable neighborhood. Closr to all historic attraction. Great breakfast (big portions). Friendly and accomodating staff. Hotel is clean. Nice shopping district around it and they can help arrange your tours to other places within Jordan.
