Sie waren betrunken und völlig unvorbereitet, eine Unterkunft professionell zu führen. Sie haben mich aus dem Hotel geworfen und behalten trotzdem mein Geld. Außerdem haben Sie so getan, als hätten Sie die Zahlung nicht erhalten, obwohl sie bereits erfolgt war. Ich erwarte die vollständige Rückerstattung meines Geldes so schnell wie möglich.

Pros:

Excellent for a pre flight stay. The shuttle is convenient for transfer back to the airport. Facilities were everything you need for a short stay. Staff were excellent.

Damp and smelly, noisy and was kept awake all night due to a laundry truck being loaded just outside our window all night.

Nice place near Malpensa airport.
Pros:

Location, restaurant on premises for dinner and breakfast. Shuttle service.

Cons:

Couldn't operate TV. Someone was sent to room and set it on one channel and left it there. When I returned to my room, I could not change channel and when turned off could not set again. Only a minor thing. Maybe it needs to be set and simple instructions left for clients.

Pros:

Very comfortable rooms, good location for the airport and nice restaurant and bar.

Cons:

Little bit of rudeness from a staff member, but only one. The others were lovely :)

Pros:

Comodissimo per appoggiarsi all'aeroporto di Malpensa. Lo staff molto gentile e professionale, la camera spaziosa moderna e pulita. Molto comodo il servizio di navetta e da e per l'aeroporto per soli 5€ a persona, 5 minuti di tratta e attese inesistenti, l'abbiamo davvero apprezzato.
