Cons:

I could not get hold of the driver of the shuttle. I called the hotel many times and was told a shuttle bus was coming every time, it took me over an hour before the person who answered my call actually contacted the shuttle driver. I later learned that the driver can only be reached on WhatsApp call, not regular mobile phone call.

ok to stay a night before the flight
Pros:

close to MXP that I can walk to the airport shuttle bus stop and take the ride for free. the shuttle from hotel costs 5 euro/pp

Cons:

the room on the first floor we were given to was very out of date. the door was even broken. we asked to change to the 4th floor. it was better.
