Minos Village

Pobyt wspominamy bardzo miło. Minos Village to kameralny i klimatyczny obiekt z prostymi, estetycznymi wnętrzami, idealny dla osób szukających spokojnego wypoczynku. Pokój był czysty, przestronny i wyposażony w niewielki aneks kuchenny, co jest dużym udogodnieniem. Nasz balkon wychodził na basen. Hotel położony jest w cichej okolicy, a w pobliżu znajduje się wiele lokalnych tawern.

Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje personel – zawsze uśmiechnięty, życzliwy i pomocny. Śniadania w formie bufetu były smaczne i różnorodne, dzięki czemu każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Jako drobną sugestię dodalibyśmy podstawowe wyposażenie do utrzymania porządku w pokoju, np. zmiotkę z szufelką oraz niewielką ilość środków czystości. Warto byłoby również poprawić kwestię łóżka – materac był bardzo wygodny, jednak dwa pojedyncze łóżka na kółkach miały tendencję do rozsuwania się.

Poza tymi drobiazgami wszystko było naprawdę na wysokim poziomie. Z czystym sumieniem polecamy Minos Village każdemu, kto szuka spokojnego, klimatycznego miejsca z dala od zgiełku dużych hoteli. Chętnie wrócilibyśmy tu ponownie.

Warm welcome, lovely staff and great location near fab beach. Good breakfast and always loungers round the pool. V clean apartment and serviced every day.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Minos Village. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Gav en familjär känsla. Ca 8 min promenad ner till stranden. Mysiga tavernor med god grekisk mat inom ett stenkast från hotellet. Kan absolut åka tillbaka hit igen.

Frühstück war sehr gut, für jeden was dabei. Lage vom Hotel richtig gut, 5 Minuten zum Strand und zu erstklassigen Tavernen. Pool liegen gibt es nicht viele aber es war zu jederzeit kein Problem eine zu bekommen. Die Bar hat erstklassige Cocktails. Alle Mitarbeiter sind mehr als freundlich und versuchen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.

Lokalita hotelu je skvela. Jste mimo hlavni rusnou ulici, ale pritom si nepripadate odriznuti mimo deni. Rusna ulice je prehlidka vseho co vas napadne.
Hotel je krasny, novy cisty, snidane skvela, bazen a jeho okoli pekne.

Great place

Fabulous little hotel in a superb location.
Rooms were clean and cleaned daily, decent size and very comfy bed.

The only slight disappointment of the room was the cooking facilities, we’d hoped to be able to cook and have a few meals on the balcony, but the single hot plate was not sufficient for that.
Shower was great when we had hot water, which was intermittent, apparently that’s normal for the area.

It’s genuinely at the top end of a 2/3 star hotel rating. And very typically Greek.
Staff are wonderful, really friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was great, cooked and cold offerings, sufficient for our needs.
Pool area is small but very clean and relaxing.
I’d choose a higher floor if possible as the sun beds are positioned right outside ground floor room windows.

Location is superb, 4 or 5 truly wonderful restaurants on your doorstep in a quiet, beautiful little area, and you’re 5 mins stroll to the beach.
The main road is awash with restaurants, tavernas and bars overlooking the sea.

Regular buses, 5 mins away, go into Chania.
Would definitely stay again.

This was a disappointment as a resort . The pool was placed far too near the accommodation especially if like us you had rooms on the ground floor facing the pool with sun beds placed outside your windows. As there weren’t many sun beds , I’d say about 15, the beds at our windows were always full so that there was no privacy. We had a very small terrace which was just behind the beds so no privacy there either. I had requested a ground floor apartment because of my walking disability admittedly ,but we were given a first floor one involving 3 flights of stairs, almost impossible for me.The staff were very good about this and moved us but then we were moved to the one on the ground floor. I just feel that the resort feels like it’s squashed up , badly designed.

The rooms were clean and bedding and towels changed every day but like others have said ,fresh bedding just left on the bed .The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We paid for breakfast and this was a big disappointment. I know people have said
that there’s a big variety of food on offer. Trueish but it was low quality , peculiar orange juice, not much in the way of breads, the yoghurt was very strange and the sausages and bacon very poor. We made our own breakfast 10 days out of 14.
Having said all this, sorry if others have loved it but for us it just didn’t compare to last years holiday at a similar place in Rhodes.
This is a 2 star resort. Unfortunately we wouldn’t be going back.
