It served its purpose for a one night stay.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Bed was very comfy and use of fan was valuable. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Light in bathroom didn't work and bath/shower adapter was very stiff. Was hoping for some historical features in the room.

Stay at a premier inn instead
Cons:

A very dated and tired hotel. Cheap and uncomfortable spring mattress. Shower was barely big enough to get into. The entire hotel needs some investment, oh except for the reception, which has the AC they advertised. Genuinely spend your money somewhere else. The photos on booking.com are so different from the real thing it's almost funny.

Emplacement, magasin à proximité, personnel agréable, nous avions réservé une chambre avec deux lits simples, on nous a surclassés avec deux lits doubles☺️

Hôtel un peu vieillot qui aurait besoin d'être rafraîchit, douche cassée mais utilisable, pareil pour la fenêtre,

Vriendelijke mensen en erg goedkoop, maar de kamer en ambiance zijn niet meer van deze tijd.
Pros:

De locatie was prima, middenin Southampton, alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. De staf was bijzonder vriendelijk. En de prijs van de kamer was erg budget vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het pand is oud en zeer gedateerd. Onze kamer was helemaal achterin en op de bovenste verdieping, er kwam geen einde aan de gangen en trappen. Tot overmaat van ramp was het erg warm, stond de middagzon op ons raam, zaten we onder het schuine dak en kon het raam nauwelijks open. Het was dus erg benauwd, de hele nacht. Heftig krakende bedden, een losse toiletpot en een zwak piezelstraaltje uit de douche maakten het er niet beter op.
