The position.
Structure is old and the room was noisy.
Really nice staff providing excellent service.
The car park was a little small
There isn't much of Ye Olde coaching inn left about it. But it was good value for all that. I'd stay there again.
Nothing, although I only stayed the one night.
Sødt personale , god beliggenhed
Skimmel svamp i værelse , larm fra en kompressor ved ens vindue ,så man ikke kunne sove for støj. Maling skaller af på væggene. Mange trapper . Elevator som er fra oldtiden . Nervøs for at bruge den . Er det lovligt??
Nicely placed for St Mary’s Stadium
Nice friendly bar & great prices
Nice breakfast & staff service
My bed squeezed when I moved but that’s just a small problem
room was clean and bed was comfortable
light coming through window from multi story car park.
The staff was super nice. Property was very quaint. Felt like I was at a Bed & Breakfast joint.
Nothing I didn’t like
Staff were great. Amazing location for the city centre, IKEA and Westquay. Lovely staff and a great breakfast offering. Bedroom amazingly clean but could do with a little DIY.
Communal areas are very tired and worn. Definitely needs more work. Breakfast room needs a definite upgrade. White table cloths and pink overlays definitely in the 1970-80s.
Although an old property it was clean and very pleasant
The furniture in the bedrooms could be improved
The staff were friendly.
The old single glazed sash windows do not keep much noise out so I was glad that I had ear plugs.
The shower did not have much pressure.
The room was very dated.
My room was comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable. I had tea and coffee available to make in my room. The bathroom had body wash and shampoo supplied. Good quality towels and toilet paper.
The hotel is in a very good location with lots of places to eat around about.
My room was peaceful and quiet considering the busy area the hotel is located.
The staff were friendly and helpful
Well this is a very large old style hotel and needs some updating to the paintwork and decor.
I wouldn't say I didn't like it because it is obvious that the hotel is being presented as best it can be.
Location was perfect to get our cruise
Water in shower wasn’t hot enough
Location in the city.
Very old, musty carpets, and very creaky floor boards and beds.
Great location
The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good
The bedroom was like staying in a £10 hostel. The mattress was totally worn and we did not get in the. Bed as it was so worn. Slept on top of quit to try to get comfort. With towels as sheets the room did not look like any of the photos if it had been for more than one night would have moved on. It’s such a shame as the staff are lovely
Traditional coaching inn.
Central to the city.
Check in was easy
Nice bar and bar staff.
Comfy bed and spacious twin room
Sencillo y muy limpio, en el centro cerca de todo
