We enjoyed our stay but the hotel should be made to look and feel more like a 4 star than 3.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and complied immediately with our requests.
Bed linen and towels changed daily.
Cleanliness.
Comfortable bed and pillows.
Excellent location.

Cons:

No breakfast available.
Not a single armchair in the lobby.
No towel rails in the bathroom; only one hook available.
No desk in the room.
Mini-bar placed in the wardrobe thus reducing the space available in an already small wardrobe.

Pros:

The hotel is nicely decorated. The room I booked was a bit small, but the bed was comfy and the shower area more than sufficient.
Having read comments on the AC and "adult noises", my experience was different. The AC was performing (I visited during a hot summer day) and did not experience any kind of noises during the night, but my room was on the last floor and I do not know if I had any neighbours.
The hotel's location is in the city centre and a huge parking lot is in a walking distance and charges 15EUR/day.
