המלון במיקום נהדר במרכז העיר ומעל חוף קריונרי המקסים. המלון חדיש וברמה גבוהה, כל החדרים פונים לבריכה ולנוף. ארוחת בוקר טובה לפי הזמנה (שימו לב שגם המנות בתשלום נכללות). יש חניה. צוות קשוב ונחמד, ניקיון יומיומי של החדר. ללא ספק המלון הנכון להתפנק בו בפארגה.
בחדר יש חשמל חכם שכולל גם את מיזוג האוויר, שמכוון רק לטמפרטורה מקפיאה ללא אפשרות לשנות, ולקח לנו זמן להבין שצריך להשתמש במערכת הנפרדת של מיזוג האוויר (לא שמנו לב לקיומה) ודרכה אפשר לכוון.
החדרים בקומה התחתונה הם במפלס הבריכה והדלת השקופה של החדר פונה לשם. יש רק וילון שקוף או תריס חיצוני לסגירה, לא וילון אטום. בהתחלה זה הרגיש מעט נטול פרטיות אך התחושה התבדתה בהמשך כי לא באמת רואים את החדר מבחוץ.
I like the location . The staff were wonderful very friendly and helpful. The owner was great . We got an upgrade on our room . The room we had was so beautiful and we had sole use of 2 sunbeds on our balcony next to our hot tub . I would give this hotel a ten out of ten . Everything was so clean. All the staff worked hard nothing was ever too much trouble . Fantastic place Fantastic stay
The only thing I can say if you have mobility issues there is a steep drive way and steps leading into the town . Which didn’t affect us

A very nice hotel just above the town of Parga. There are quite a few steps and a very steep drive to negotiate to get to the hotel from the town. However, this was not a huge issue for us and the walk into town is a couple of minutes. If you have mobility issues the driveway could cause a problem. You can get to town avoiding the steps but this involves a longer walk. Ilias the waiter, pool bar man etc is very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a reasonable choice.

No lunch food (drinks are fine) was available at the pool bar until after 1.30pm. We would have purchased food had it been on offer from say 12.30pm. Few people ate at the pool bar whilst we were staying. They walked, like we did, into town.

The ramp is steep to walk up so not suitable for some people, but definitely needs a better handrail going down missing in parts.

From the warm Greek welcome upon check-in to the beautiful room and excellent amenities, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spotless, and the entire team provided exceptional service throughout our stay. A truly wonderful experience!

Our room by the pool was fantastic. We simply walked out the door to the cafe, bar and pool. Everything was luxurious, comfortable and clean.
There was no plug for the bath tub. I had to improvise with a hand towel and paper to have a bath.

Built to look like an old established villa, rather than a modern hotel. Elegant, but modern inside with some quirky features in the bedrooms. The views are spectacular and the staff delightful, nothing is too much trouble. Chris, the owner, is a most welcoming host and only too happy to explain the journey he’s been on over the past 15 years to get the hotel to its current level. He has more plans in the pipeline too…….its a labour of love, and it shows.
Access to the hotel at present, is up a short, but very steep drive, which can feel a little arduous at times for some. Chris’s plans to alleviate this problem
have thus far been thwarted by the council, but he is hopeful that his latest plans will be successful.
The manager and staff were all very nice and helpful. The room we rented (honeymoon suite) was very large with a nice, comfortable, king size bed and chaise lounges. Hotel had an elevator that was essential after navigating the steep driveway. Bathroom was paved in a navy blue tile but the location of the shower made it impossible not to get water all over the floor. Room had 2 balconies that both had great views of the sea and old town Parga.
The location of the hotel is great for viewing the sea and the town. However, it is extremely difficult to walk up and down the steep driveway access. If you have any mobility issues, look elsewhere. Room had a great balcony with a wonderful sea view for morning coffee. Also had coffee cups, water boiler, and French press for making and drinking coffee but there was no coffee in the room! Went to the breakfast area for coffee and was told it was €3.50 per person for coffee before 8:30. I said ok and was given a small teapot with coffee that turned out to be enough for only 1 cup apiece. Had to purchase coffee grounds at a local supermarket in order to make our own coffee in the room. Also, there was a jacuzzi on the patio but no way to heat the water so we never used it. Finally, the exit light above the front door is so bright that the room did not get dark enough for sound sleep. There definitely needs to be a way to dim this light.
Bra service, trevlig personal, snyggt och rent hotell. Mycket bra totalt sett.
