Pros:

Colazione fantastica, ricca, abbondante e di ottima qualità, lo strudel buonissimo, ma tutto davvero eccellente! Il letto comodissimo, posto super silenzioso pur essendo in pieno centro. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile anche quando abbiamo fatto richieste extra. Servizio di transport gestito dall'albergo allo stesso modo super efficiente e cordiale.

Sehr gutes Hotel in hervorragender Lage
Pros:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Hervorragende Lage unterhalb der Burg, ruhig in einer schmalen Gasse, aber in ca. 15 Minuten fußläufig auf der Karlsbrücke mitten im touristischen Zentrum. Altes uriges Hotel mit ebensolchen Zimmern, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück, einfach nur sehr gut. Das Personal, aufmerksam und freundlich. Was will man mehr. Wir würden definitiv wieder hinfahren.

Cons:

Höchstens Kleinigkeiten. Keine deutschen TV-Programme. Beim Duschen besteht (auf jeden Fall in Zimmer 5) Badezimmerüberschwemmungsgefahr, zusätzlich kann die geringe Durchgangshöhe der Tür zwischen Wohn- und Schlafraum (ca. 1,70 m) in dem genannten Zimmer bei größeren Personen für Kopfschmerzen sorgen (andererseits hatte diese Tatsache natürlich auch etwas "Uriges").

Estancia inolvidable en el centro de Praga
Pros:

Lo mejor del alojamiento ha sido el personal y la ubicación. Todos muy amables y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. La ubicación era perfecta y en tres dias no fue necesario coger ningún transporte publico para movernos por Praga.

Cons:

Por decir algo, no había ascensor y el baño un poco pequeño comparado con el resto de la habitación.

Pros:

Wir sind zum zweiten Mal in diesem außergewöhnlich schönen Hotel gewesen. Besonders schätzen wir die historisch, edle Ausstattung und diese Ruhe trotz der zentralen Lage.

Cons:

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig. Ich würde mir jedoch hochwertigeren Käse, etwas Fisch und weicher gekochte Eier wünschen.

Pros:

In dem Hotel arbeiten super freundliche und serviceorientierte Frauen. Besonders die Damen an der Rezeption sind sowas von zuvorkommend. Es hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Vom Lunchpaket ( wegen frühzeitiger Abreise), Taxibestellung und sonstigen Informationen. Wir möchten uns auch noch einmal herzlich für die persönliche Aufmerksamkeit die meinem Mann zuteil wurde, bedanken. Er hat sich sehr darüber gefreut und das ist in der heutigen Zeit in vielen Hotels nicht mehr gegeben.

Cons:

Es fehlten im Bad oder auch im Zimmer irgend eine Ablage. Aber dies ist wahrscheinlich in einem Dachzimmer nicht so einfach zu bewerkstelligen..

Personale gentilissimo, ringraziamo Nella per la cortesia! La posizione dell'albergo è ideale, perchè permette di raggiungere tutti i posti principali di Praga anche a piedi. La colazione ottima, soprattutto i dolci. Consigliatissimo.

Hotellet ligger i ett jättemysigt område, Rummet var jättefint och personalen är jättetrevliga.

Cons:

Det var lyhört. Jag hörde de i det andra rummet från tidig morgon och det var ganska hård säng. Saknade stekta ägg och bacon till frukost

Un souvenir inoubliable ! A refaire !
Pros:

Tout était parfait et magique. De la chambre ravissante avec un superbe mobilier, un lit extra-confortable au petit déjeuner excellent.

Cons:

Il faut refaire l’étanchéité de la douche. L’eau passe sous la porte glissante.
