Very nice rooms and very nice employees. Great area close to everything lots of restaurants close by.
Very helpful staff. Very quiet area.

Personnel was great. Our stay. Was very short (3 hrs), they help us really quick with the check in and check out.

Great service from the entire staff. The rooms were very nicely furnished and modern. Nice daily breakfast in a comfortable dining area. If you're going to have additional people staying with you make sure you pre-book on Hotels.com. The cost was only about another 7 bucks. If you wait till checkout the hotel will whack you 100,000 pesos. I considered this to be complete rip-off.

The hotel is housed in a beautiful building. Our room was spacious. The staff was helpful and breakfast was very good. Bedding wonderful.

We arrived late due to flight cancellations, so we were only there for 5 hours. The room was a bit outdated, but the bed was very comfortable. The man working the desk was extremely helpful! We was very professional and attentive. We were supposed to leave for a trek in the morning, and we were unable to check in to the tour company. The man called the company and helped to ensure that we made the tour in the morning. He also made breakfast for us at 4:45 to ensure we ate before we left. We greatly appreciated his help! I wish I could remember his name because he went above and beyond!

We stayed 3 nights at Hoteles Portico. Quiet, convenient location (10 minute walk to Avenida Santender and Cable Plaza). Clean, nice sized rooms, and very helpful staff. The hotel did laundry for us, and it was done very quickly and affordable. Would definitely stay here again!

It's small building but very comfortable, our room was a suite with Living room, small Dinette, small refrigerator but exactly what any traveler need to be comfortable. The Hotel Staff are the most nice people we have ever known. Thank you to all them. Hotel and Room cleanness is excellent. We recommend this hotel without NO DOUBT !!

Clean comfortable rooms, the only drawback is the hot water; lukewarm is a much better descriptor.

This was a very cute hotel,with a large area to relax,was clean,help was great and great economy priced !

Payment at site, not by internet. They charged more than what was printed by Expedia on the booking page.

The staff were very warm friendly and went out of their way to help. My final day there the check out time was at 1 PM but they insisted I remain in the room at no charge until 4 as my plane did not leave until 5:30
You must know spanish though because language could be an issue otherwise :)
