Cons:

Faltam instruções para ligar a televisão. É necessário utilizar dois comandos para a ligar. Não há qualquer indicação sobre este assunto.
O sistema de acender as luzes está integrado com o comando do ar condicionado, no mesmo display de parede. Para quem está a chegar é confuso. É necessário ler o manual disponibilizado para se perceber como funcionam as luzes e o ar condicionado, perdendo algum tempo nestas leituras e verificações. Além disso, algumas das mensagens do ar condicionado no display, não fazem qualquer sentido.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Besuch in Marienbad
Pros:

Ein wunderschön hergerichtetes Haus im Zentrum von Marienbad. Bequeme Betten, großzügiges Bad. Das Zimmer ist technisch bestens ausgestattet. Man steuert alles über ein Pad. Frühstück ist ok. Die Aussenterrasse sehr schön und nachts ist es leise.

Ein kleines sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel mit einem mega guten Restaurant. Unser Zimmer war sehr modern ausgestattet, die technische Steuerung war auf dem neuesten Stand. Man ist sofort am Kurpark..... wirklich, wirklich toll!

Hier stimmt alles - von den stylishen Zimmern über den herzlichen Service bis zum Premium-Restaurant und zwei Wallbox-Plätzen auf dem geräumigen Parkplatz, bei denen man einfach mit dem Zimmercode laden kann.

Stielvolle moderne Unterkunft , einfach super.
Pros:

Das Deluxe Zimmer war unfassbar toll , modern und stielvoll ausgestattet. Das Haus ist neu und zentral aber nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße in Marienbad gelegen. Für mich eines der tollsten Unterkünfte die ich je besucht hatte.

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, mit wenigen Schritten ist man im Park. Das Zimmer war sehr anspechend und ausreichend groß. Dass alles digital war, sowohl Check in als auch Licht und Klima im Zimmer, sahen wir skeptisch, aber er war sehr einfach zu bedienen und brachte maximale Individualität. Das Restaurant war ebenfalls erstklassig und die Frühstücksauswahl hat uns auch überzeugt.

Cons:

Die Servicekraft beim Frühstück war extrem unfreundlich. Das hat leider den sehr guten Gesamteindruck und unsere Laune für den Tag getrübt.

A disappointment
Pros:

The location is very pleasant & the room & bathroom was very nice. The dinner was of good quality

Cons:

The hotel has clearly spent a lot on unnecessary electronics eg. Coded key pads for doors, lighting etc & yet neglects comfort items. Most crucially there are no handrails on either side of the steep staircase up to reception - posing a problem for those of us with mobility problems. The room was beautiful BUT had no mini bar/fridge (a problem especially in this weather). There is also no tea/coffee making in room & it has a dated television without international channels. Finally, they allowed a car to be parked right across the restaurant window, blocking a nice view.
