Pros:

Velmi příjemný hotel, ve kterém jsme si užili krásné 3 dny v naprostém klidu. Dobře se spalo na velmi pohodlných postelích. Snídaně byla podávána plně podle našich přání a chutí. Doporučujeme i hotelovou restauraci na zážitkovou večeři.

Traumhafte Villa und moderne Zimmer. Top Lage.

Ein wirklich geschmackvolles Frühstück mit einem sehr aufmerksamen und höflichem Personal. Das Restaurant ist genial. Ein Gaumenschmaus und eine Empfehlung für Gäste sowie auswärtige Besucher. 5 Sterne.

Wunderschönes Hotel in bester Lage.
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Hotel in bester Lage in Marienbad. Sehr nettes Personal. Frühstück wird am Tisch serviert und ist äußerst reichhaltig.

Cons:

Da wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht haben, hatten wir den Eingangscode nicht gleich parat. Glücklicherweise hat uns eine freundliche Dame ganz unkonventionell Eingang gewährt.

Kundenorientiertes modernes Hotel außerhalb des Mainstreams
Pros:

- Es ist so einfach mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten, ein angenehmes Umfeld zu schaffen, dass sich vom üblichen Hotel-Einerlei abhebt. Warum versuchen das nicht noch mehr Hotels? Wir haben uns jedenfalls hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
- Lage war optimal
- Wir haben wieder einmal festgestellt, wie angenehm es ist, das Frühstück am Tisch serviert zu bekommen und nicht an einem hektischem Buffet zu kämpfen.

Cons:

Die schon von anderen kritisierte automatische Lichtsteuerung im Zimmer ist beim nächtlichen Toilettengang wirklich lästig. Mir ist es auch nicht gelungen, diese zu deaktivieren.
