Unfortunately, our stay was far below what we expected, especially considering the high price we paid.
The noise coming from the room next to ours was excessive and made it difficult to enjoy a comfortable stay.
The check-in experience at around 6:15 PM was particularly disappointing. The employee who checked us in was extremely serious and showed no warmth, smile, or welcoming attitude. It felt like she simply wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible. We were not asking for anything difficult or unusual, so this attitude was very strange and unpleasant. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, ours was not a good one.
I would, however, like to mention Anna, who was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, professional, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. There was also a very polite and friendly gentleman working in the breakfast kitchen. Unfortunately, he was on vacation during our last day, but his attitude and service were excellent.
As for the room, the pillows were very uncomfortable, the bed was not comfortable, and there was insufficient bedding provided. These are basic things that should be better, especially at this price level.
Overall, I am very disappointed with the value for money. The price we paid was simply not justified by the quality of the accommodation or the level of service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not consider staying at this hotel again.

Rezeption war besetzt, Personal freundlich, Lobby mit Spielen, Spielecke. Bushaltestelle vor der Haustüre. Kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Haustüre. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Boden und das Klo könnten sauberer sein, kein Waschservice im Hotel und in der Nähe.

Ideal als Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht.

sehr freundliches Personal, gute Lage, viel Auswahl beim Frühstück
