Amazing stay!! Staff is unparalleled!

First, I was sent to another property by Katsikis, but the place they sent me was great. The actual place was Katsikis Santorini. The property is beautiful in a very convenient place. Literally, it's the first hotel before you will need to lug your luggage to get to other hotels. Service was top notch! they were very friendly, professional and very helpful. If I go back, this is where will stay.

Been to lots of Hotels around the world and must say that the staff at Katikies villa and the main resort were some of the nicest ,caring ,sincere people we have met from checking in to the manager and especially the restaurant staff you made us feel special and took care of all our needs during our stay we look forward to coming back in the future

This hotel was amazing! It was perfectly situated in Oia and had breathtaking views overlooking the caldera. The entire staff was incredible and made every effort to make our trip and our stay at Villa Katikies as wonderful as it could be. They all showed us unmatched hospitality throughout our stay and we would absolutely come back!

Extremely beautiful hotel and location. Amazing staff and super service. Thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay.
Safety features could be better, for example, our bathroom was split level and the basin was 3 steps lower. With shiny floors I was worried about slipping hence a hand rail would be perfect.
Other than that everything was just perfect.

Katikies was an amazing hotel

The staff are so friendly, helpful and respectful. Great property, super clean and constantly being cleaned. Location is perfect and a short walk to sights.

This place was wonderful! Kostas at the front office was amazing in helping coordinate activities such as dinners, catamaran, taxis, and massages. Views outstanding, super clean, food delicious!

This hotel is, on the whole, wonderful. The facilities are beautiful and well-kept, the food at the restaurants is divine, and the service is top-knotch. However, we had a few complaints about our room. First, the hot tub on our deck was not warm enough to use at night, which was a primary reason we chose this room. At $1,000 a night, it most certainly should be. Additionally, there is absolutely no privacy on the balcony. There is practically no wall separating the balcony from the rest of the hotel. So sitting on our balcony, anyone walking down the steps or in adjacent areas can see and hear everything. Finally, the hotel charges 8 euros for still water, even though you cannot drink the tap, which, again, at $1,000 per night, should not be the case.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in, in THE nicest place I've ever been to, Santorini. The staff are incredibly attentive and polite and it's clear they are highly trained - they cannot do enough for you. The small team at the Villas address you by name from day one, even those you haven't met yet.

The views are out of this world. The breakfast (included) was incredible. I can't speak highly enough or recommend any more. It was simply perfect.

We love this hotel. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and everything we experienced exceeded my expectation. The hotel is beautiful with an excellent location in Oia and a gorgeous caldera view. Our room is the exact type of cave house design I am looking for with a private warm jacuzzi pool in the huge covered terrace. Everything is chic and stylish. The breakfast on the terrace with beautiful view is unforgettable. Staff are attentive and caring. I was sick on arrival and they immediately sent a doctor for me upon request. Everyone is so friendly and professional. We ate at their sister property Katikies and food was wonderful. The weather is still cold so we didn’t go into the infinity pools. Overall, highly recommend this hotel and our memories there will last a lifetime.
