Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich sehr gut und auch die Lage ist super. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden und sogar mit unserem Baby dort. Auf Wunsch wurde uns ein Babybett bereitgestellt. Alle waren sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excelente Lugar.
Pros:

İş seyahatinde olduğum için zaten çok özellik aramıyorum. Güvenli,Hizmet kalitesi ve sıcak su olması yeterli olacaktır. Firma için fatura talep ettiğimde ekstra ücret ödemem gerektiğini söyledi. Garip karşıladım. Zaten ödediğim para üzerinden bir fatura kesilecekti. Resepsiyondaki adamın bilgi eksikliği var. Bu çok açık

I will find other accomodation next time I come to Bogota.
Pros:

The location was pretty walkable to food and drink options

Cons:

The jacuzzi in the room did not work. Also, the booking said complimentary airport transit and the driver charged me. When we called the hotel they did not honor the transportation that was included in the booking.

Habitación regular, buena atención y ubicación, mal trato por parte de jefe a trabajadores
Pros:

La ubicación como a 5 cuadras del parque de la 83, tiene al lado una Olimpica, farmacias, muchos lugares para comer y la zona es muy bonita

Cons:

La cama asignada era demasiado pequeña a pesar de que la habitación decía que era para dos personas, era una cama semidoble y la habitación es pequeña.
Aunque la atención de los empleados fue muy buena,pudimos observar como una persona,que al parecer es un jefe o superior de una trabajadora del hotel, la trató de manera grosera y con gritos, solo porque ella le preguntó "qué fecha es hoy" y este tipo de situaciones no deben presentarse en ningún trabajo así esa persona tenga mucha autoridad en el hotel, fue muy desagradable presenciar esa situación.
