Nada, pois cancelaram a minha reserva quando eu estava no voo, a menos de 2 horas para chegar em Lima.

Cancelaram a minha reserva pouco antes da minha chegada em Lima alegando se tratar de uma manutenção de emergência e ainda agiram de má fé informando via Booking que seria problema de cartão de crédito quando não havia problema nenhum com o cartão de crédito.

Hotel molto carino un pò old style ma ben posizionato a Miraflores. Camera enorme e spaziosa, c'era anche una sauna in camera non menzionata al momento della prenotazione. Letti comodi e grandi, wifi funzionava benissimo. Colazione buona ma non il top

Lo staff non ci ha soddisfatto molto, abbiamo fatto check-in e siamo rimasti senza asciugamani per più di due ore perchè non erano pronte al momento dell'arrivo. Abbiamo ordinato room service e il telefono non funzionava, sono dovuto scendere a prenotare la cena (il senso del room service?). Piatto rimasto in camera fino al giorno del check-out il giorno dopo nessuno è passato a prenderlo.
