El recepcionista del hotel nos hizo el lio. Resulta que reservó la ultima habitación superior por dos canales diferentes y a pesar de estar allí y haber hecho la reserva, el recepcionista nos quiso cambiar la habitación por otra inferior diciéndonos que la otra le había entrado dantes, luego que una noche la pasábamos en una y las otras noches en otras. Es decir, que nos la quiso meter y liar, por lo que tuvimos que cancelar la reserva con todo el perjuicio que ello conllevó.

Habitaciones amplias, muy acogedoras, el servicio de limpieza muy bueno, el personal muy atento siempre, la decoracion del hotel tambien muy estilo hacienda

Nos dieron una habitación en la que funcionaba mal la ducha y no podías regular el agua caliente. Cómo nuestra estancia era de dos días no pedimos cambio. Nos pidieron disculpas porque en esa habitación iban a comenzar los arreglos en el baño. Creo que sabiendo que estaba mal no nos la deberían haber dado.
