Important information:

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

This place is a real gem!
Pros:

I'd originally booked a smaller place but with street markets there was no way to get to it, so after a quick search found and booked El Tumi. It was easy to navigate to, with easy to find secure parking, with an excellent restaurant on site (very popular with locals) and elevator service. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was excellent.

Cons:

Can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Excelente relación, precio-calidad
Pros:

Desde el ingreso, la recepción te atienden con mucha amabilidad. La habitación es muy ordenada, limpio, cómoda, en la que se puede encontrar chocolates de bienvenida, agua, café, infusiones. El baño impecable, muy bien presentado

Llegamos muy temprano y por ser temporada baja, nos dieron opción de entrar antes, todo el tiempo estuvieron muy pendientes, pagamos late check out y pedimos servicio de comida a la habitación y estuvo delicioso!

Me pareció excelente, sólo que la habitación no tiene calefacción

Cons:

Que cuando llegue tomé un taxi, se me cayó mi teléfono y no pude recuperar el mismo a pesar de ir a la estación. Pero el hotel fué amable viendo las cámaras de seguridad.
