Horrible ,worst stay in my life

I faced very serious problems

The location shown on Booking.com, both the written address and the map link, was incorrect, which took me to the wrong place about 40 minutes away from the actual hotel.

Because of this mistake, I spent 5 hours trying to find the hotel, paid extra money for taxis, and completely lost my only day in Athens. I traveled all the way here and paid for a flight just to spend the day searching for my hotel instead of enjoying the city. I was extremely stressed and exhausted.since I had only 1 day in Athens

I called the hotel many, many times and sent 7 messages through Booking.com, but nobody answered. I finally arrived at 9:00 PM instead of 4:30 PM, and the hotel manager simply told me that they could not do anything for me.

This was honestly a terrible experience and completely ruined my trip to Athens. I lost money, time, and my only day in the city because of incorrect information on Booking.com.

I really hope Booking.com can take responsibility and action for this and offer me a refund or appropriate compensation

Comodo per uno stop di una notte ad Atene se si ha a disposizione l’auto per spostarsi.
Pros:

Struttura pulita, aria condizionata, frigorifero efficiente, parcheggio facile nei dintorni, letto comodo, reception accogliente h24.

Cons:

Al posto della doccia c’è una vasca da bagno molto piccola e stretta, il mio compagno che è alto 1,85 (mt) faticava a starci dentro e toccava quasi il soffitto.

Pros:

The staff was extra ordinary nice in fact and I'm actually sorry to give a bad review.

Cons:

My room was literally a box with no way to get fresh air. There was a window, but to a tiny "back tunnel" with blowing aircons, so you really don't want that kind of air blowing in your room. I had to use my ac, unfortunately the remote they don't hand out to the guests, so basically I had to keep in this heavy fan blow next to the bed with no way of switching the ac off completely.
Again, sorry for the very nice staff, but it would be kind of easy to improve certain things for their clients.
