Very friendly staff, plenty of amenities.

I enjoy my stay. Specially for its proximity to the train station. The room was nice and clean. I really appreciate that transportation to airport was arrange for me (for a fee) as I had a very early flight.

The beds are not comfortable. The worst mattress i have ever tried to sleep on. I got about 5 hrs rest and am accustomed to 8 hours

Please is clean and safe. I wasn’t able to do check in until 3 pm. even when Expedia have a 2 pm check in. And we have to pay to storage the luggage because we got there early to check in. It does have a restaurant roof top and food is very good.

Staff were nice. Next to a subway station.
Bed was not comfortable at all, like a rock. AC was working but we did not have control over the set temperature and therefore sort of hot/warm.

Very near the train station which was our desire for early departure. Not a lot of shopping or dining options nearby but a great restaurant in the building with very reasonably priced good food with nice views!

If you are traveling with kids, this is not the place for you. They moved us to an apartment building which looked like a haunted house 2 blocks away. There was no light in the hallway, no security. The fridge made a loud noise the entire night and the rooms were nothing close to the pictures advertised on Expedia. Stay away!

Excellent location, reight next to Subrail, Train, Bus and Taxi. Perfect for our various planned tours. Great staff, always on hand 24/7 - very helpful, clear systems checking in and very simple. Room cleaning service was outstanting, thank you.
We stayed in an apartment which was 2 blocks up from main hotel and included residential - lovely little apartment though our view in the mornings from our kitchen and balcony to the right where off the adjoining hotel roof which is redundant and used as a old rubbish store - not a nice view eaxh morning and if this was taken away would make a huge difference to our stay.

Loved the location for access to stores, cafe, restauarants and gym.

Actual room does not match pictures in the ads. Very misleading and deceptive. Washroom is very outdated and ugly.

Close to the Metro

The staff were kind and went out of their way to be so helpful. I can’t even describe how above and beyond they went. The area isn’t terrible, albeit kind of out of the way from the main gardens and you might pass through some sketchy areas, but not the hotels fault for that and honestly, the staff make it worth it.

Convenient and clean

The room and hotel itself was nice. The location and noise were not. It’s on the corner of a busy and loud road, and because there’s only five floors you’ll most likely hear the cars at night unless you’re on the inside rooms.

I was originally on the first floor and literally couldn’t sleep and they kindly moved me to the third floor, although it was barely any better I appreciated the accommodation.

Conveniently located next to a major metro station, lots of nearby dining options.

Very convenient location right by train and subway station. Great price and service from the staff. Best breakfasts we had during our two week stay in Greece.

We were there for only one night but it was very good and comfortable. The hair dryer didn't work which was unfortunate but everything else was fine.

Perfectly located for metro, grocery store, and the Meteora trip. Place was clean and the staff was very courteous. Martina was so kind and helpful.
