Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht dem Standard den man bei eine Alpenclub von Robinson gewohnt ist.
Die Einrichtung im Allgemeinen ist vom Vorgänger übernommen und teilweise schon sehr abgelebt.
Der SPA-Bereich ist sehr schön und neu gestaltet.
Das Essen ist auch nicht das was man von Robinson kennt. Es ist schmeckt gut, oft aber nur warmgehalten und daher eher lauwarm. Die Kochstationen sind nicht immer besetzt und daher auch dort nur warmgehaltenes Essen.
Das Personal ist freundlich, aber auch hier nicht Robinsontypisch. Man wird nicht gegrüßt, sie setzen sich lieber an den leeren Nachbartisch, als zu einem, wenn man alleine sitzt.
Das ist Kritik auf hohem Niveau, und evtl. Liegt es auch daran das wir zum ersten mal in einem AdultsOnly waren.
Aber sie haben ja auch erst angefangen und von daher muss man ihnen noch etwas Zeit geben.

Die Lage direkt an der Skipiste ist unschlagbar, das Essen hervorragend und der Spa-Bereich sauber und ansprechend.
We stayed here for the 2nd time. Absolutely wonderful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great, the service wonderful. All employees are very friendly and professional. Really nothing to complain at all.
If I had to mention one less thing, it would have to be the stairs to the ski lockers which are pretty hard to take with ski boots on. But other than that, I highly recommend this ski-in, ski-out hotel as well as the Fieberbrunn area.

Schade das diese Unterkunft demnächst nur noch für erwachsene ist.
Top restaurant - both breakfasts and dinners, with many delicacies. Comfortable room, a nice lounge with occasional live music, plenty of parking spots, close to the cable car station.
Für das Geld ein super Hotel, Abendessen mit Vorspeisen (Suppe und Salate als Buffet mit zahlreichen verschieden Ölen (Erdnussöl, Kürbiskernöl, Sesamöl etc)), Hauptgang und Nachtisch a la carte. Frühstücksbuffet ebenfalls eine solide Auswahl. Essenstechnisch insgesamt nichts außergewöhnliches aber durchaus als gut zu bewerten. Ein kleiner Fitnessraum reicht für ein morgendliches workout, Schwimmbecken ist groß genug um tatsächlich etwas zu schwimmen. Sauna leider aufgrund eines Feuers am Vortag nicht nutzbar (technischer Defekt, keine Verletzten), wurde so kommuniziert - höhere Gewalt aber trotzdem ärgerlich, hier hab es keine "Kompensation" oder ähnliches.
Für den Preis ein gutes 4* Hotel, empfehlenswert!
