飯店處處藏污納垢，不見清洗，處處省錢的影子，很可惜，環境很好，品質卻差，真的不值得買那麼貴的價錢

飯店有提供ㄧ泊5食服務，讓你從入住到退房都不會餓肚子！飯店有點年紀了，所以有些設備看起來都舊舊的，位在鹿野高臺附近，所以大部份的人都是去看熱氣球才選擇入住，建議平常可以在館內多辦一些活動，吸引客人

對於主打溫泉的飯店，溫泉池卻不太乾淨，入住前與飯店人員溝通更換房型問題，跟當天給的答案有出入，反應了沒任何解釋及補救，辦理入住被怠慢，且給了一直有冷氣不冷問題的房間，中間處理是換房，浪費旅客時間，並沒任何解釋或致歉，房間打掃的很乾淨，房內就有溫泉彌補了大眾池的不足，腳踏車的管理員人非常友善親切，有來回接駁車可以使用，這部分十分貼心，大致上不推薦，過程中的危機處理方式需改進

未超過退房時間被開起房門
Pros:

退房時間是12點，在11點多的時候清潔人員就開啟我們的房門，有傻住，清潔人員說以為已經退房，還好當時我們都有穿衣服。雖然打掃人員有道歉，但是感覺SOP上出現了大問題。

自然の中にあり、台湾温泉に入れます。今回は、最初は金庫が使えなかった。大まかには施設のメンテナンスが行き届いていないが、気にしないことです。レストランはなかなか美味しいです。

飯店地點距離會場非常近
櫃台及接待人員非常客氣態度非常好
客房也非常大非常舒適, 早餐也非常豐富, 週邊設備也齊全
唯獨浴室沒有清潔乾淨, 剛入住浴室排水口還有沒清乾淨的頭髮, 整體住宿體驗來說是不錯, 還會二訪

本來是看到網路上介紹有花旗木盛開和晚上的音樂會，但是好像資訊有誤。不過戶外溫泉泳池🏊‍♀️非常舒服 ，讓人有意外的驚喜。這就是旅行吧！

台湾風の温泉は気持ちよく、田舎でのんびりできます。
お部屋はきれいですが、ウォシュレットがなかったりこわれていたりタオルがなかったり、といろいろ事件はありましたが、フロントの方に伝えれば、ゆっくりでも必ず要望を満たしてくれます。食事もおいしく、係の方も親切で、台湾の人の温かさを感じられます。
