Lovely hotel for the summer
Pros:

Lovely hotel, great service, and a fun athletic atmosphere. Summer is the best time to visit, because you might find yourself surrounded by hordes of gorgeous Arab footballers. Not exactly a complaint.;))

Wspaniały czas.
Pros:

Mnóstwo miejsc do spędzenia czasu wspólnie z rodziną. Ogromu wybór atrakcji dla każdego z nas. Małpi gaj wymiata. Obiekt, jakiego nigdzie dotąd nie spotkaliśmy !!!! Plus za aranżację, wszystko pasuje do koncepcji hotelu sportowego. Polecamy !!!

Be careful: Arab football teams dominate the hotel facilities
Pros:

The HUP sports hotel is a nice hotel; there is plenty to do, especially for the children.

However, there is a very big "but"... during our stay, there were several Arab football teams that apparently hold several training weeks there annually. These groups of Arab footballers dominate the hotel's facilities, such as the swimming pool, the sauna, and the gym.

As a Western guest, you feel like a stranger.

We inquired here and there in the hotel about the situation, and apparently, those Arab football teams come for several weeks every year. So, you have to be very careful if you expect to have a nice family vacation there.

boel niet goed op orde :-(

we hadden dit hotel voor onze vrienden geboekt vanwege een bruiloft. deels met booking deels vooraf alles betaald. toen het gezelschap arriveerde kon men niet de juiste boeking erbij vinden en werd hen gevraagd de kamer direct te betalen. da t was echt precies de ervaring die wij niet aan onze gasten wilde geven. heel teleurstellend.daarna ook geen tegemoetkoming van het hotel gekregen. alleen maar "sorry ja had anders gemoeten"

Over het algemeen hebben we genoten en vooral onze zoon.

Cons:

We kwamen om 16.30 aan, maar inchecken was nog niet mogelijk (terwijl dit kan vanaf 15.00 uur).

Uiteindelijk een hapje gegeten in restaurant, maar daar hadden we het voorgerecht eerder dan het drinken (nadat we toch al een tijd hadden gezeten voor we uberhaupt hadden besteld). Bij de 2e ronde was drinken al niet meer koud, dus kregen we extra ijsklontjes.

Bij het ontbijt waren bepaalde dingen snel op en duurde bijvullen erg lang. Helaas was er ook een koffiemachine defect dus ook koffie was een hels karwei.
