Yo hice una reserva de una habitación de 45 mts y me dieron una habitación estándar, igual me cobraron lo mismo, cuando le escribí al gerente por la situación, creyó que yo estaba necesitando una noche gratis o no se, pero sentí que me respondió por salir del paso, realmente no volvería
