Buena atención desde el check-in, excelente desayuno, ubicado en el centro de Comodoro Rivadavia. La habitación tiene el tamaño ideal para un viaje de trabajo.

Very well located for my work in the port.
My room was in the middle of the building, so had no view but I was only in the room during the hours of dark so, no matter.

El hotel era espectacular
Por error habíamos reservado dos habitaciones y nos sobraba una. Le dije si las querían ya que había mucha demanda de gente ( la iban a alquilar) y me dijeron que no.
L'emplacement et le petit déjeuner très bien sous forme de buffet.
Chambre bien aménagée, très propre.
Pratique comme logement d'autant plus que le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bon avec des prix corrects.
La chambre est très petite avec une fenêtre qui donne sur une toute petite cour donc sans vraiment de lumière.

La relación precio-calidad de la habitación me pareció adecuada. Las habitaciones se encontraban limpias y ordenadas, al igual que el baño, con toallas limpias y en buenas condiciones. Asimismo, las áreas comunes, como el lobby, ascensores y pasillos, se apreciaban limpias y bien mantenidas, lo que contribuyó a una buena experiencia de estadía en términos de infraestructura y aseo general.
Desayuno deficiente. Si el servicio indica que comienza a las 07:00 horas, es importante que todos los productos estén disponibles desde el horario informado, considerando que quienes viajan por motivos laborales suelen contar con tiempos muy acotados. Asimismo, la oferta fue limitada, predominando sándwiches fríos de jamón y queso. El establecimiento no dispone de horno ni plancha para calentarlos, ya que el equipo disponible solo permite tostar pan. Además, las papas fritas con cheddar se encontraban secas. Sería recomendable incorporar una mayor variedad de alternativas y aumentar la oferta de proteínas (por ejemplo, omelette, tocino, salchichas, etc), con el fin de ofrecer un desayuno más equilibrado y acorde a las necesidades de los pasajeros.
La atención del personal de servicio también fue un aspecto a mejorar. Si bien quienes nos encontrábamos en el desayuno mantuvimos en todo momento un trato cordial y respetuoso, la mesera evidenció una actitud poco amable. Al solicitar algunos productos o realizar consultas, sus respuestas y lenguaje corporal transmitían molestia, generando un ambiente poco acogedor. La calidad de la atención es un elemento tan importante como la oferta gastronómica, por lo que sería recomendable reforzar aspectos relacionados con el trato al cliente, la disposición para atender requerimientos y la amabilidad en el servicio.
