Ubicación inmejorable, pero instalaciones y la atención, calidez y profesionalismo del personal debían mejorar muchisimo!!!

Pros:

No puc dir res positiu perquè van cancelar la reserva que tenia feta el mateix dia que entrava. Estava aterrant a les 16h i de sobte me la van cancelar. Gràcies per una tarda totalment estressant

Cons:

Vaig fer la reserva a aquest hotel, dies mes tard vaig rebre un correu en que l’hotel havia modificat les dates. Vaig dir que no era correcte i les dates es van mantenir les que jo havia reservat. El mateix dia d’entrada a l’hotel, sense cap explicació, em van cancelar la reserva a les 16h i em van deixar tirada sense res.

Location was amazing, right in the heart of cafes, shops, waterfront. Just a great location. Beds were very comfy and a variety for breakfast.

Cons:

Jeg fikk ikke rommet jeg hadde bestilt. Prøvde å klage, men ingen endring. Fikk heldigvis økonomisk kompensasjon for dette dagen etterpå. Så det er bra.

Po meni hotel za izbegavanje
Pros:

Lokacija je izuzetna i sobe su renovirane

Cons:

Osoblje je neljubazno. Dali su mi dvokrevetnu sobu sa pomoćnim ležajem i ako sam platio trokrevetni sobu. Kad sam im to rekao bili su neljubazni dok sami nisu videli kakvu su mi sobu dali pa su se onda izvinjavali i rekli da je kao došlo do greske. Kad smo već raspakovali stvari ponudili su sobu u drugom hotelu.

Lokacija je super, vse je par minut hoje oddaljeno.

Cons:

Kopalnica zelo majhna, ni bilo čista, smrdelo je. Osebje ni bilo najbolj prijazno, ko sva prišla na recepcijo.
