The location was good and room was spacious.
The AC was broken and very loud when it worked.
Parking near the hotel was a serious issue.
The place needs a lot of work.

Only the location was good. But very limited parking spaces.
Air condittion unit was not working. Room advertised as superior but some of them have balconies others not. These should be categorised and have different prices at least, and not profiling the customers and randomly giving out rooms. Also the photos should be accurate for each room category. We changed 2 rooms and none of them is as shown on the photos. So , they were misleading and manipulative. Cleaniless also seems to be an issue in this hotel. Hair on the toilet seat, cracked walls with asbestos pouring out, broken windows. If not for the air-con the receptionist had no intention of helping us. When we politely stated our issues as soon as possible the answer was immediately "the hotel is full" , but after the air-con issue, another room was "magically" available. Overall bad experience. Thankfully we only stayed for 1 night.
