Zeer comfortabel en leuk
Pros:

Het personeel was super vriendelijk. De bedden liggen ontzettend lekker op de familiekamer. De locatie is top, dichtij de hoofdstraat en het strand.

Spa Bereich viel zu teuer und nicht deutlich beim Buchen erkennbar dass er extra kostet
Frühstück wenig abwechslungsreich
Bilder vom Zimmer beim Buchen bei Booking entsprachen nicht dem vorgefundenen Zimmer

Excellent stay in Malia. Will return!
Pros:

Very good value for money. The Hotel is close to the beach (sand), 5 min walk.
Supermarkets very close, you have one exactly near the hotel, with all the stuff you need.
We had a free room upgrade, from standard room to family room.
Clean room. Towels and bed linen changed every 2-3 days.
They have also a little playground for kids.
Excellent breakfast, a lot to choose from.
Free parking on site.
A lot of good taverns nearby, rent a car, atv, scooter.
The weather was perfect in the beginning of October (26-30 deg C, water 25-26 deg C).
Definitely will return!

Cons:

A little noisy at night, especially in the weekends. If you have the room facing the pool/restaurant and are a light sleeper, this might bother you.
The main pool and kids pool are not heated. The heated one is with the SPA and you need to pay (abt 10e). But the water at the beach was perfect and we didn't use the pools.
Wi-fi a little slow.
