Pros:

Nádherný hotel v klidné lokalitě s výhledem na hory. V rámci ubytování je Kärnten Card se vstupy zdarma na mnoho atrakcí. Skvělé snídaně, na pokoji je minibar. Úžasný wellness s mnoha bazény včetně vířivek a sauny. Perfektní vybavení pokoje a koupelny, pokoj měl i balkon s výhledem na hory. Hotel má vlastní parkoviště pro hosty. Velmi příjemný a ochotný personál.

upgrade alla camera superiore, cibo ottimo ed abbondante, personale super, varietà di piscine e terme

Cons:

Nella camera c'era la sauna, ma non funzionava e non è stata riparata in tutta la vacanza (4gg).
Strano perchè è una prestazione venduta online.

Le chiavi delle camere si basano su una tecnologia compromessa (dal 2008 circa), e si possono copiare in pochi secondi

Servive und Essen gut, Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, Matratze ausgelutscht, Schimmel im Bad
Pros:

- Naturteich und die Anlage draußen sind gelungen.
- Essen und Service im Speisessaal sehr gut bis auch den Nachmittagsapfelsstrudel wo ich zweimal Apfelstiele im Strudel gefunden habe. Hier kann jeder selber beurteilen on das für ein ***** Haus akzeptabel ist 😉
- ruhige Lage

Cons:

- Sauna draußen ist viel zu klein
- Kaltwasserkübel vor der Sauna funktioniert nicht richtig, wenn eine Person geduscht hat kommt kein Wasser mehr, Schlauch abgeknickt.
- Matratze im EZ ausgelutscht, man versinkt richtig.
- Schimmel im Bad in der Ecke
- Ablagefächer im Schrank nicht vollständig
- Hier von einem Luxus Einelzimmer zu sprechen schon sehr vage.

Unvorstellbar erholsam

Das war schon mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem außergewöhnlichen Hotel. Es war sauber, das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Saunalandschaft ist traumhaft und nicht zu überbieten. Die Außenpools sind warm und sauber. Großartig zum Relaxen und zum Schwimmen. Das Essen ist ganz großartig. Frühstück hat reichste Auswahl an allem, was das Herz begehrt. Abendessen zur Auswahl - meist drei Angebote zum Auswählen beim Frühstück. Dazwischen gibt es ab 14.30 noch einen Nachmittagssnack, der eigentlich gleich ein Abendessen sein könnte, soviel Auswahl steht zur Verfügung. Ich bin von diesem Hotel total begeistert und werde wieder kommen.

Cons:

Es ist alles traumhaft schön. Ich persönlich mag aber keine Spannteppiche. Wenn da Holz oder Fliesen wären, wären die Zimmer für mich perfekt.
Die Nachspeisen beim Abendessen waren mir zu künstlich und chemisch mit besonderen Farben aufgemotzt. DAs muss doch nicht sein. Sie hatten am ersten Abend so gutes Eis. DAs wäre viel natürlicher.
