geniales Hotel, würde ich bei einem nächsten Besuch wieder buchen
Pros:

Frühstück war super, Poolanlage ist der Hammer, Suite war genial, vor allem mit den Hunden

Cons:

Abendessen hat Luft nach oben, ist mir persönlich zu wenig, zu sehr Schicki-Micky, Hunderegel war nicht ganz klar, wir traffen Hunde im Vorraum zum Restaurant, wäre das möglich gewesen?

Pros:

Piscine, ristorante, posizione e servizi.

Cons:

Pulizia della stanza non al top con polvere sparsa.
Moquete nella stanza nonostante dalle foto non vi fosse.
Suite che ormai sente il peso degli anni.
Accesso al ristorante negato con pantaloni corti (ok era nelle regole),ma a discrezione di chi accoglieva le persone con risultato che era pieno di gente in ciabatte e pantaloni corti.

Al Pulverer torniamo spesso per una vacanza riposante e tranquilla
Pros:

Colazione buona. Cena al ristorante migliore nelle serate a buffet. Piscine ottime

Cons:

Schönes Hotel mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern
Pros:

Toller Wellness- und Poolbereich, va der Infinity Pool, freundliches, bemühtes und zuvorkommendes Personal, familiäre Atmosphäre, großes, bequemes Bett, sauber.

Cons:

Ausstattung teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen (z.B. Armaturen im Bad und im Wellnessbereich), Wasserdruck in der Dusche sehr schwach. Gebäck beim Frühstück schmeckt industriell hergestellt.

Non é un albergo a 5 stelle , al max un 4 stelle , vetusto e mancante di servizi per la clientela , forse il motivo di questa valutazione sono le piscine esterne tra parentesi senza bagnino tra l'altro, colazione scarsa e senza tanti prodotti base x una colazione a 5 stelle , nessuno attenzione x le persone che hanno allergie alimentari, prodotti terminati non rimessi sul banco.

Cons:

niente , nessuno attenzione al cliente italiano , nessuna informazione in italiano sul menù per la cena , Camere vetuste e con disagio per fornitura di acqua, la sera solo acqua caldissima niente acqua fredda, incredibile.

Tolles Wellnesshotel, allerdings nur mit 4 Sternen
Pros:

Tolles in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, das eher vier Sterne verdient hat.
Tolle Poollandschaft sowohl indoor als auch outdoor. Exquisite Kulinarik. Große Juniorsuite mit geräumigen Badezimmer und getrennter Toilette.
Schöner möblierter Balkon mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Große tolle Liegewiese mit genügend Liegen. Zu mietendes Carport für 15 Euro pro Tag. Vom Service besonders hervorzuheben ist Frau Lilli, die sehr umsichtig und freundlich ist.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlagen, auch im Speisesaal nicht.
Minibar ohne Spirituosen, wurde auch die ganze Woche nie aufgefuellt. Haus weitläufig und verwinkelte, nicht unbedingt barrierefrei.
Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Service mit Luft nach oben. Teilweise chaotische Zustände beim Frühstück. Unser reservierte Tisch auf der Terrasse wurde oft nicht aufgedeckt. Essen, speziell die Salate wiederholten sich. Keine Lüftung im WC.
Eine Poolbar sowie eine poolnahe Toilette fehlen.
Preis - Leistungsverhältnis eher mittelmäßig
