Muy buen lugar para descansar y un excelente servicio de restaurante, precios economicos y muy buena atencion de todos los que trabajan en el lugar, tambien es muy cerca a una estacion del metro y a la plaza de botero

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Great value for money.

Only critique would be my room didn’t have air conditioning, but the fan was powerful enough to keep me cool at night, so they can keep the full 5 stars from me.

This is a hard review to write. The staff here were very friendly and quite helpful but my experience here was not good at all. when i initially checked in a couple of dogs came running down the stairs. These dogs and a cat (or 2) were allowed to roam freely about the hotel. I actually found a tick on my pillow one night and another was dead underneath the sheet as well as some other little bugs in the bed ( not bed bugs). i did complain and moved rooms, sadly i then got ill and I do believe it was from food i had purchased here. I myself am very displeased and surprised as the cleaning standards seemed to be high, the hallways were mopped daily i was asked if i wanted my room cleaning daily, but i did see one of the dogs toys in the kitchen area.

The place was somewhat under construction. The public areas inside were nice. The staff was very friendly. My room was upgraded and yet still disappointing compared to the photos. I did not have a towel or soap and had a few bugs (ants I believe). The room was dated. The surrounding neighborhood is not safe at all. I could tell, plus my uber drivers said the same. Safe once inside the hotel though. The restaurant menu is good. The coffee was great. For the price I paid it was more than adequate as I could have asked for towels and soap. But although I paid in advance for 2 nights, I checked out early and left after the first night and was able to find a better area and accommodation for the same price. I was not refunded for the 2nd night, but did not ask. I would prefer not stay there again.

El hotel tiene un estilo muy agradable. Las instalaciones son muy acogedoras y cálidas. El servicio excepcional. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de lugares turísticos.
El restaurante con muy buenas opciones, deliciosa sazón y precios muy cómodos. La atención de las señoras inigualable, siempre con una sonrisa.

Great spot for a quick retreat

Very nice, quaint hotel with excellent cooks in their restaurant. The hotel was centrally located, walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go. Place has really nice rooftop where are you can eat or just drinks and enjoy the view.

Excelente lugar, cuando vuelva a Medellín sin duda me quedare en ese lugar, el personal muy atento, la comida muy buena y saludable, quede encantado, lo recomiendo.

Das Hotel war schön, das Bad leider komplett verschimmelt. Die Fenster sind zum Gang und daher kein Tageslicht im Zimmer. Die Hotelangestellten sind super und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch mit guter Auswahl. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut.

Las instalaciones muy bonitas, agradable y acojedor, la zona en si algo no tan bien pero me di cuenta que hay otros Hoteles mucho mal ubicados.

This is a quaint European style hotel with excellent potential. The staff is excellent and service is good. They will do all to please you. A little renovation & few additions and you have a true winner. The one downfall is the neighborhood. You feel completely safe in this hotel but I would not venture out on foot in this area, especially at night. Food is above par. I will certainly return again.
