Great staff and location, but not a calm and relaxing place to stay.
Pros:

Location was good - very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

This is partially a residential facility. There was a great deal of noise at night, plus the presence of security guards in the hallways. The whole ambiance was offputting, with the sense that one was in more of a rooming house than a hotel.

Good value, breakfast was adequate, a little concerned about unsavory long-term guests at location.
Pros:

I like the price and amenities. Good value.

Cons:

Some hotel guests appear to be long term and dwelling at this location.
Which raises concerns about security.
