Great staff and location, but not a calm and relaxing place to stay.
Pros:

Location was good - very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

This is partially a residential facility. There was a great deal of noise at night, plus the presence of security guards in the hallways. The whole ambiance was offputting, with the sense that one was in more of a rooming house than a hotel.

The room was a decent size. Having a full size fridge was a bonus. Staff were excellant.

Cons:

Windows didnt open for fresh air. Room was very hot even with heat off.
