Would not honour room upgrade that I paid for online
Pros:

The room was fine

Cons:

I had my dog with me, and when I lengthened my stay to a laundry suite to do my laundry they would not accommodate me for some reason when there were rooms available online obviously. And to make it worse I had already booked online and could not get a refund for the room.

Pros:

I didn’t like anything about the property

Cons:

The room was smelling like food no matter how many times they refreshed it, the suite was low quality and small, the ac was smelling and the carpet had a weird smell to it, for the money I paid for the suite here you could get a much better upscale suite for the same price at other hotels
