Tout simplement fabuleux !
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, confortable, au calme, avec beaucoup de charme, très bien équipée (literie très confortable, eau fraîche en bouteille offerte tous les jours, café et thé à volonté). Localisation idéale, à la fois au calme mais dans un quartier typique et à partir duquel tout est accessible à pied (gare à 15 minutes, musées nationaux à 30 minutes…). Parapluies en libre service. Personnel accueillant, chaleureux et aux petits soins. Salle de bain petite mais très fonctionnelle et surtout dotée d’une baignoire spa (plusieurs programmes de bulles au choix et ses lumières douces). Coin bar très agréable. Tout était parfait !

Great location, staff and facilities.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of food.
The room was fantastic with a beautiful view of the garden. The bed was very comfy and the jacuzzi bath was just what was needed after a busy day of sightseeing.
Handy tea and coffee making facilities in the room along with complimentary water and soft drinks in the fridge.

Cons:

Room was a little noisy the second night as there were guests above us but we still got a great nights sleep.

Perfect hotel, wonderful service, highly recommended
Pros:

Everything! The stuff was so kind, we got an upgrade for our anniversary and the room was incredible, huge bath, king size bed, great location (around 10-15 minutes walk from Dam square). The hotel is really quiet and pleasant, I highly recommended.

Cons:

If I need to be super picky, the only thing missing was milk for the coffee in the room and more things in the minibar.

Stefano, the people who cleaned my room and pretty much the rest of the staffs were very helpful, friendly, and warm! I
Pros:

Great location! A few steps away from Anne Frank’s huis and the canals. I like how antiquated and historical it is. One of the staffs said the property was built in the 17th century.

Cons:

The toilet when flushing the water just kept flowing in.
