My stay was disappointing due to a water leak in the room that caused constant dripping noise throughout the night. It made it very difficult to sleep and impacted my overall experience. I hope this issue is addressed to prevent inconvenience to future guests.
I had expected a much higher standard in terms of room maintenance and conditions. this issue was both disruptive and frustrating. I hope that this feedback will be taken seriously and address the maintenance problem to prevent future guests from experiencing the same inconvenience.
The hotel was excellent for my 3 day stay. The cottage rooms are excellent. Excellent location and great service. Water temperature was amazing.
It would be better to have one mattress instead of two twin mattresses because when you sleep in the middle of the bed there is a crack.
