Mi experiencia no fue para nada grata

Las fotos que ofrecen de las habitaciones no correspondieron con la habitación que me brindaron, me cambiaron por otra pero seguía sin ser la que había pagado, no devuelven la diferencia de dinero y te ponen mil excusas

Mi experiencia en el hotel .
Pros:

Está ubicado en un lugar estratégico y seguro para poder movilizarce a los puntos que uno desea visitar .
El desayuno buffet fue muy agradable y variado el cual lo sirven temprano . La amabilidad de las srtas de recepción.

Cons:

Deberían de hacer la renovación del parquet de las habitaciones.

Cons:

La habitación estaba infestada de hormigas y el personal lejos de darnos una solución, tuvo un pésimo trato hacia nosotros. Nos indicó que era nuestra culpa por no haber observado eso cuando se entregó la habitación a mediodía. Nunca nos dieron solución y tuvimos que dormir lamentablemente en un cuarto en esas condiciones insalubres.

Regular. No esperen mucha amabilidad.

Había buena iluminación natural y estaba fresco.

Cons:

Cuando llegue a hacer el chekin mi habitación no estaba lista, me hicieron esperar como 20 minutos. En la reserva se indicaba que la habitación incluía ventilador pero no había. Además no tenía control para la TV. El personal no supo o no quiso, darme una solución. Felizmente solo tuve q pasar una noche ahí.
