Pros:

Que contaba con desayuno buffet y estaba ubicado cerca al centro de Trujillo.

Cons:

Que el baño no contaba con shampoo solo con jabón líquido, que pedí un vaso de agua caliente en la noche y no me lo ofrecieron.

Seguridad y limpieza
Pros:

La limpieza de las instalaciones, la amabilidad y atención del personal de recepción y del comedor. En la habitación principal hubo un ventilador que ayudó con el calor, y el baño cuenta con secadora de cabello.
Está cerca de dos Tambos, de restaurantes, el desayuno bufet está incluido en el costo, se sirve temprano. Parte de la distribucion de la habitación (principal independiente de la de los niños) - habitación 306, está relativamente cerca al centro.

Cons:

La habitación principal del 306, es pequeña en relación con el espacio de la de los niños, y el ambiente restante. Pienso que debe hacerser refacciones en el baño. Está distante del mall plaza. Y aunque no es atribuible al hotel, es cierto que hacen karaoke en la casa del frente (viernes), lo que no deja descansar bien.

Llegamos 5 min antes del cierre de desayunos y no nos atendieron, en otros hoteles se cumple la hora hasta las 9am. No ofrecieron ni un poco de jugo o café, simplemente negaron la atención.
