Must visit
Pros:

Well mannered receptionist , nice location, spacious room and I had Mountain View which was beautiful to wake up to in the morning. Hotel is located right across from one of Cali biggest mall in Columbia. Which was convenient to get food, money exchange center in mall and a pharmacy for your emergency grab .

Great Experience! Shout out JJ!
Pros:

I came to Cali for a dental procedure & stayed at SpiWak! Everything was perfect. I met JJ an employee at the hotel and he took very good care of me. He helped me with the food menu and he recommended places and activities in the city to check out! I ran into JJ everyday in the hotel & he always asked if I was okay & if I needed anything. This made me feel safe and appreciated! I highly recommend!

Es un hotel con mucha capacidad y sobre todo en temporada esta lleno y el servicio de alimentos en Bufette se queda muy muy corto, adicional muy demorado el servicio para mandar hacer los huevos, cuando se acaba fruta, pan de bonos y otros alimentos se demoran demasiado en reaprovisionar. Cuando se hace fila para mandar hacer los huevos la misma fila incomoda para que se puedan tomar alimentos que están al lado de ese servicio. En las habitaciones el sofá demasiado viejo y manchado.

Cons:

Do not stay here. Reception and management are completely incompetent. Overcharged our credit card at check in. Nobody wanted to help us with the issue. Management acknowledged they had overcharged and promised to refund the amount but over a month later still haven't done it. I dont believe they are dishonest, just completely useless at their jobs.

Excelente Hotel, ubicación, atención, la comida maravillosa. Sólo por corregir...larga espera para el check in y entrega de la habitación que a propósito la entregaron con dos camas y éramos 3, tuvimos que pedirle a la mucama que nos gestionará una cama.

Las camas dobles muy pequeñas para dos personas
En las camas dobles había solo una almohada buena la otra era horrible.
La entrega de la habitación fue un total caos
Nos entregaron la habitación a las 4pm que porque no están listas para entregar las habitaciones
