Se ve muy descuidado el sitio, los vidrios del techo en la entrada, los vidrios que rodean al comedor se ven sucios, muy sucios, dan aspecto de abandono, la atención del personal es buena pero las instalaciones se ven abandonadas, el colchón de la cama es fatal, parece una espuma que se unde con el peso de la persona

Nos pareció un servicio muy costoso considerando el mantenimiento del hotel y no desayuno

Nos cobraron un millón de pesos por noche a cada persona y no nos querían dar el desayuno. Calló gotera en una de las habitaciones y no hubo solución

Las tinas en los baños ya no se usan, deben instalarles, antideslizantes,, las ventanas muy fácil de abrir y pueden aburrir un accidente o una tragedia.

Great hotel located right next door to a
shopping mall. Convenient access to shops and banks, restaurants and a modern gym. Staff was very nice and professional. Great interaction with Sandra Perlaza, one of the managers. Will definitely recommend the Spiwak.

Pros:

El menu del desayuno es variado. El personal es super amable. Muy queridos con mis hijos. El muy central. Se puede llegar a muchos sitios turísticos en carro muy rápido.
También nos gustó que es seguro. Hay guardas de seguridad por todos lados.

Los canales de TV muy malos. Resolución no agradable.
