Ridiculous extra charges.
Pros:

Clean, comfotable, good location.

Cons:

Ridiculous extra charges ($4000cop) just to deliver a knife to the room.
Only one cup, one glass etc in a double room.
Charge for parking ($9000cop), which wasn't mentioned upon checking out. Cash only accepted (which I didn't have).

Pros:

Bien situado

Cons:

Tuve una situación con el
Minibar con productos vencídos, le comenté la situación a 3 personas del hotel, nunca se comunicó conmigo una persona de administración. Luego vino la situación del terremoto y bueno entiendo que hay otras prioridades.

Good hotel, but needs improvement.
Pros:

Breakfast was a nice buffet. Location was great, conveniently close to the airport.

Cons:

We arrived before the official check-in time, which wasn't a problem; we grabbed some food nearby while we waited. However, when we returned after 3 PM (the time we were told check-in would be available), our room still wasn't ready. We ended up waiting until about 4 PM to actually get into our room, which was frustrating.
The room itself was just okay. The bathroom could use some updates; the tub was oversized and awkward to step into, and the toilet seat was broken. At checkout, we were also charged for a dry cleaning service we never used. The hotel did remove the charge once we brought it up, but it was an uncomfortable surprise.
