Μας ενημέρωσαν από το ξενοδοχείο πως μας κάνουν δωρεάν αναβάθμιση σε καλύτερο δωμάτιο. Ταξιδεύαμε οικογενειακώς 2 ενήλικες + 2 έφηβοι. Διαλέξαμε το δωμάτιο με κριτήριο τα 2 ξεχωριστά δωμάτια με πόρτα και τα 3 κρεβάτια (ένα 2πλό + 2 μονά). Μπαίνουμε στο "αναβαθμισμένο" δωμάτιο και βλέπουμε ένα 2πλο κρεβάτι και ένα καναπέ κρεβάτι (στον οποίο δεν μπορούν να χωρέσουν 2 έφηβα παιδιά!!!! Δηλαδή μας αναβάθμισαν σε ένα δωμάτιο με λιγότερα κρεβάτια!!! Ενημερώνουμε πως δεν χωράμε και πως θέλουμε το δωμάτιο που είχαμε κλείσει. Αρχικά ο υπάλληλος δεν ήθελε να μας το δείξει. Αφού τον πιέσαμε για ώρα και του έδωσε έγκριση ο προϊστάμενος του, μας κατεβάζει σε ένα δωμάτιο 3 επίπεδα χαμηλότερα (χωρίς ασανσέρ) και σε άλλο κτίριο. Η αίσθηση ήταν ότι μπαίνεις σε καταφύγιο. Ακριβώς το ίδιο και μέσα... υγρασία και εντομοκτόνο. Δεν νομίζω ότι μπορεί να μείνει άνθρωπος εκεί. Και πιστεύω ότι το γνώριζαν γι' αυτό κάνουν την "δωρεάν αναβάθμιση" γεγονός που είδαμε εκ των υστέρων σε άλλα σχόλια. Άρα παραπλανητικό περιεχόμενο από την επιχείρηση. Το δωμάτιο το οποίο μας έδωσαν ήταν πολύ κατώτερο των προσδοκιών μας και σίγουρα δεν ήταν καθαρισμένο και φυσικά δεν χωρούσαμε. Η συμπεριφορά άθλια και μετά από ώρα μας πρότειναν δωρεάν 2 δίκλινα. Δυστυχώς ήταν αργά, δεν υπήρχε καμία διάθεση πλέον. Τους χαρίσαμε τα 230€ για 2 βράδια και φύγαμε. Είναι σκέτη κοροϊδία το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα.
