Wonderful to stay and experience the sterling hospitality
Pros:

It is a good property for business travellers and liked the location and ambience starting from reception to the services offered. The staffs are extremely supportive and friendly. Nearby malls and shopping options are exceptionally good.

Beautiful!
Pros:

Very beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Awesome selection of breakfast options.

Cons:

The swimming pool had pigeons bathing in it... so no one really used the pool.

Excellent service 👏
Pros:

The two of us stayed at this beautiful hotel for a week. The room was cozy and cleaned every day. The food offers a wide variety and is very delicious. We would like to extend a special thank you to Tridhara, Murli, Nicky, Jai Prakash, Bhavya, and Vadivellu. They took excellent care of us at all times, making us feel truly welcome. Everyone was very attentive and always helpful during meals and with other requests, such as providing extra water, internet access, or taxis. We felt like part of the family, and we will definitely be back next year. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. A heartfelt thank you to the staff—you are the heart of this hotel!

Conference meeting
Pros:

I recently visited this hotel for a conference meeting
I had the worst service from this hotel their hospitality is worse than a 3 star hotel their staff talk only in 2 language either kannada or hindi.

I asked for a coffee from the coffee machine the waiter took 20 mins and served me filter coffee I comforted the team after the event Mr. Santhosh from banquets spoke to me in such a way he thinks he owns the hotel such rude behaviour a bad tounge I'm wondering how the hotel hired such a person.

Hats off to chef for amazing food.

I'm never referring to this hotel to anyone unless they have a staff change.

Comfortable, Clean Rooms and Exceptionally Helpful Staff
Pros:

My wife and I stayed at an Executive Suite and the room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is close to Indiranagar where I had some work. One drawback is that Old Airport Road is quite busy, but you really don't hear any noise in the room. All of the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel also provides a comfortable car with a driver which we rented a couple of times for sight-seeing in Bangalore. The hotel library is a convenient place to host business associates and guests. When we visited, several of the aerobic machines in the gym were not functioning.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay at Sterlings Mac. The hotel staff were exceptional.
Pros:

Rooms are very comfortable and the hotel has nice spaces to meet business associates and guests. The breakfast buffet is extensive and superb. All of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The WiFi was not considered secure by some bank apps on my iphone and I was unable to use those apps. Some of the aerobic gym equipment was not functioning properly.
