I recently visited this hotel for a conference meeting
I had the worst service from this hotel their hospitality is worse than a 3 star hotel their staff talk only in 2 language either kannada or hindi.
I asked for a coffee from the coffee machine the waiter took 20 mins and served me filter coffee I comforted the team after the event Mr. Santhosh from banquets spoke to me in such a way he thinks he owns the hotel such rude behaviour a bad tounge I'm wondering how the hotel hired such a person.

I'm never referring to this hotel to anyone unless they have a staff change.
My wife and I stayed at an Executive Suite and the room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is close to Indiranagar where I had some work. One drawback is that Old Airport Road is quite busy, but you really don't hear any noise in the room. All of the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel also provides a comfortable car with a driver which we rented a couple of times for sight-seeing in Bangalore. The hotel library is a convenient place to host business associates and guests. When we visited, several of the aerobic machines in the gym were not functioning.

One of the best value-for-money stores I have visited.
The staff were professional and trustworthy, and the pricing was fair and transparent.
They clearly have an excellent eye for selecting high-quality Kashmiri carpets.
Overall it was a great stay. Rooms were comfortable, food was good, staff were friendly. Services like laundry and housekeeping were good.

Rooms are very comfortable and the hotel has nice spaces to meet business associates and guests. The breakfast buffet is extensive and superb. All of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
The WiFi was not considered secure by some bank apps on my iphone and I was unable to use those apps. Some of the aerobic gym equipment was not functioning properly.
This is the third experience...and I always love it... everything about your place is worth praise and appreciation

Excellent Room ambient, great breakfast items options, excellent room services, supportive staff and overall a great experience. Shall choose the same for next time.
Extremely rude staff. Very poor room service and extremely terrible management. The reception staff should be trained as to how speak to customers properly rather than ignoring them and then saying that the customer should be polite. Extremely poor, disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour.
They should also learn how to prioritise customers when they have been patiently waiting and not skip and ignore them. Suggest not book such a hotel for stay.
The location is good, but apart from that, nothing else was satisfactory. I had a very bad experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
I was traveling alone on a business trip and was given a twin bed, which made no sense. The room itself was stuffy and uncomfortable.
During dinner, I was asked to pay the bill immediately, and a staff member even came to my room demanding payment. When I questioned this, I was told it was hotel policy. I asked to see the policy, but the explanation given was that all customers must pay in advance at check-in or settle bills immediately. This was extremely unprofessional and left me with a very poor impression.
