Property is good
Had booked a twin sharing room with 2 separate single beds. On checkin we were given the keys to our room. We found out that the room didn’t have the requested beds.
We went back to the reception and they told us to wait, after 15 mins of waiting they again gave us another room with the same mistake.
We spent nearly 30 mins late night doing this.
The staff was not knowledgeable
Excellent room service by Mahadev who went out of the way to help me fix my broken suitcase. Great service by Mithun as well. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay experience!
This is a very quaint hotel with a lot of old world charm. However, once you enter the rooms, they are huge especially the suites with a Modern fully equipped bathroom! :-)
Very happy staying at Sterlings Mac Bengaluru. Food was delicious Room was kept very clean. Ashita from Housekeeping did a very good job in maintaining the room.
I've got severe food allergies after having dinner.
Stayed 2 nights but they kept towel one day.

Very well maintained, well equipped & considerably large rooms, similar to some of the 5 Star properties. Very courteous & helpful staff. Excellent food served at the restaurant.
I must admit that this was one of my best stays in Bangalore. I simply loved every bit of this hotel - its services, the room, amenities inside the room, prim and proper service and on point, the infrastructure and most importantly the location.
