את המיקום המושלם של המלון. ממש נוח להגיע לכל מקום. היחס של העובדים מדהים ! כולם אדיבים ברמות. ארוחת הבוקר נראית נהדר, למרות שלא אכלנו ממנה. יש גינה נחמדה ממש במלון.

Cons:

מסתבר שיש כמה רמות של קומות של חדרים. הבנו את זה בדיעבד. החדר שלנו היה בקומה הנמוכה, שהגישה אליו דרך החדר אוכל. לא היה נעים במיוחד. גם היה לנו חומה מול החלון. המיטה לא כל כך נוחה. אין מזגן במלון ולכן גם לא בחדר הזה, ובלי איוורור, היה קשה ממש

Joli boutique hôtel
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé en ville sur un canal plein de charme. Bon petit déjeuner . Belles chambres cosy. Ambiance feutrée.
Hôtel calme . Personnel du matin très sympa .
Le jardin est très joli et reposant.

Fabulous at customer service making guests happy in a 1768 building. Nice interiors.
Pros:

The location was great. The staff were really good at customer service. Seriously skilled at listening to guests and responding quickly. They also took bags to room up the stairs for us.

Cons:

I would stay again.

Très décevant
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et lit très confortable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également appréciable.

Cons:

Séjour très décevant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles facturé plus de 500 € la nuit.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas du tout alors qu’il faisait très chaud ; un simple ventilateur avait été placé dans la chambre, ce qui est inacceptable à ce niveau de prix.

Le Wi-Fi était instable et coupait fréquemment, m’obligeant à utiliser les données de mon téléphone.

La salle de bain était peu pratique, avec des lavabos minuscules et très peu d’espace pour poser ses affaires. De plus, une porte vitrée de la douche était manquante, avec les ferrures encore visibles sur le bord de la baignoire.

Je n’ai pas pris le petit déjeuner car ce que j’ai aperçu de la salle ne m’a pas donné envie.

Amazing staff who were so cheerful, pleasant , attentive and helpful.
Pros:

Wonderful location. Quiet street, beautiful hidden garden retreat at the back of the property. Very nice breakfast.

Bit warm in the rooms, understand they are working on new air conditioning.

Cons:

While there was a control panel for air conditioning in the room it was not working and I was advised that it has been broken for some time. The room was extremely hot, unbearable to be exact. The staff brought a fan, but that only moved the hot air around and did not provide any relief. I hardly slept for the two nights I was there and deeply disappointed.

We hebben genoten! We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen en konden al zelfs ver voor inchecktijd de kamer in.
De kamer zelf is ruim en schoon met een super uitzicht op de gracht. De locatie aan de Keizergracht is geweldig, net op een rustig stukje met de Jordaan en Amsterdam Centraal op loopafstand. Wil je wat verder dat kan je makkelijk de tram pakken.

Nog extra complimenten aan het personeel! Iedereen is vriendelijk en heel enthousiast (dat zie je niet altijd in Amsterdam).
