La ubicación y el barrio muy bonito, seguro, salíamos a caminar o comer sin problema, muchos negocios de comida, supermercado cerca

No me gustó que la suite qué se ofrece ahí, no es totalmente cierto, alquile una disque suite y cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación prácticamente en el sótano, pequeña, a pesar que éramos 3 adultos solo tenía una cama grande y una Mini cama, entonces esto lo considero publicidad engañosa, porque incluso dice que tiene cocina equipada y no, solo era un cuarto con un baño y una bañera, lo único que rescato de este inconveniente es que cuando le hice saber a los muchachos mi inconformidad, ello me pasaron de habitación, pero no deberían de ofrecer algo que no existe. Al final la pasamos bien

Recommend this Clean, Friendly, well Located 3 star Hotel
Pros:

Staff were so friendly and helpful despite our language differences. We are seniors and really appreciated the extra hands with heavy bags to navigate the many stairs. This was our second visit to this hotel, which included breakfast with our booking. Easy walking distance to Floresta metro station! There is a unique (delicious) avocado restaurant connected, a convenience store on the corner and several bakeries and coffee shops just steps away. Laundry service was inexpensive and very convenient. Continuous hot water, good internet connection, and easy access to taxis and Uber! Highly recommend this friendly, 3-star Colombian hotel if you want to avoid those international chain hotels and stay local.

Cons:

The only problem we encountered on our 4 night stay was a mistep on one of the hallway elevation changes, resulting in sprained ankle. The elevator goes to floor 6, but then its necessary to use multiple stairways to access restaurant and rooms in the annex bldg. If you have mobility issues/doubts be sure to let the staff know you’d like assignment to an appropriate room. We loved the 6th floor room (604A) complete with jetted tub, comfy mattress and mini fridge! Following the ankle injury it was quite challenging. No ice machine, but steps to the corner convenience store where I purchased a bag of ice!

No cambio de hotel en Medellín
Pros:

Me he quedado varias veces en el hotel y disfruto mucho de sus espacios, las habitaciones son cómodas, la ubicación es muy cómoda para ir a cualquier lugar , el personal es muy amable y el desayuno es perfecto… Fui a correr la maratón de Medellín y en la mañana al salir nos tenían varias cositas para los corredores, un muy bonito detalle

Pros:

Queda cerca de la estación metro Floresta. El restaurante la Avocaderia donde dan el 10% de descuento a huespedes, instalaciones bonitas, silencioso, el desayuno es variado y delicioso.

Cons:

En la madrugada se escuchan los golpes de las puertas, pero eso es de huespedes ruidosos. Tal vez que el hotel tenga más avisos de precaución de silencio.

Pros:

I've been staying at this hotel for many years. As a guest a simply breakfast is free, and staff is very helpful. It's nestled in a regular neighborhood not far from the Metro. I find the price is reasonable and I love living among the locals.

Sentirsi a casa
Pros:

Il San Pedro del Fuerte è una garanzia. Ci eravamo già stati più di 10 anni fa, con un'altra gestione, e ci siamo tornati, ritrovando gentilezza e cortesia, massima disponibilità, ottima pulizia. La vicinanza con la stazione Floresta del metro lo rende comodissimo per raggiungere qualunque punto della città e passeggiare per il quartiere è un piacere: una Medellín lontana dal Poblado, sicura e autentica.

Cons:

L'appartamento è rumoroso, prima o poi andranno cambiati gli infissi. :)
