Pros:

Velmi příjemný hotel s milým personálem a vynikající kuchyní. Ski bus na ledovec u hotelu. Lanovka 5 minut chůze. Milovníci sauny mají v nabídce saun několik. :-)

Cons:

Ski bus ve špičce prostě projede, protože je plný. Bylo by fajn doplnit spoje nahoru na ledovec v ranní špičce - pokud na to může mít hotel nějaký vliv - moc děkujeme.

Lekker eten, goede locatie, oppassen met de bussen/shuttles richting de Gletscher
Pros:

Het ochtendeten was in buffetvorm en super lekker. Het avondeten is altijd een 5 gangenmenu, met sommige gangen van een buffet. Zeer lekker avondeten elke keer opnieuw. Verfijnd eten.

Cons:

Afstand tot de skilift is inderdaad kort, maar zeer steil bergop. Je kan beter, zoals op aanraden van het hotel, 50 meter bergaf wandelen en daar de shuttle nemen terug bergop richting de skilift. De shuttle rijdt gemiddeld om de 20 minuten.

De bus richting de Hintertuxer Gletscher rijdt in de ochtend redelijk frequent, maar wat een verassing was is dat de bus in de namiddag op de terugweg niet stopt in Finkergberg. De bus rijdt enkel heen naar de Gletscher, maar niet terug (deze heeft geen stop meer in Finkenberg op de terugweg). Indien je de bus terug wilt nemen stopt deze wel bijvoorbeeld in Mayrhofen.

A really good well run hotel with excellent food and staff.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, comfortable room, excellent food and very helpful, cheerful staff. Few minutes walk to gondola, good recommendation of local ski hire shop. A high quality experience.

Unglaublich schön und lecker
Pros:

Einfach alles ist toll in diesem Hotel! So ein gemütliches Zimmer mit atemberaubender Aussicht und super bequemen Betten, der gemütliche und erholsame Wellnessbereich, die Lage zur Gondel - aber allen voran das Essen und das Personal haben den Aufenthalt so schön und unvergesslich gemacht! Eine wahnsinnige Auswahl beim Frühstück, das Abendessen wie in einem Sterne-Restaurant, der Service 1a und total herzlich! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Rund um perfekt!
Pros:

Das Hotel hat genau die richtige Größe des Personal war sehr freundlich. Besonders des Servicepersonal im Restaurant hat einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen und hat uns das Gefühl gegeben sehr willkommen zu sein. Wir haben uns wunderbar erholen können! Vielen Dank

Sehr gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit
Pros:

Sehr komfortable Zimmer, gute Betten, sehr gutes Essen, schöner Saunabereich

Cons:

Dass lärmende Teenager mit nassen Badehosen die Sauna-Atmosphäre trüben. Da könnten Gruppenbegleiter oder Hotelpersonal schon mal einschreiten.

Pros:

Wir wuden sehr herzlich zur Anreise empfange. Zum Frühstück gab es eine schier unendliche Auswahl an Teesorten, Brot und Brötchen, verschiedene Rührei-Varianten. Auf Wunsch wurde auch ein Spielgelei frisch zubereitet. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.
