Habia reservado con anticipacion una habitacion matrimonial. Y al llegar me dieron una habitacion con 2 camas simples. Me dijeron que No podian solucionarlo y la unica alternativa que me dieron fue juntar las camas. Al llegar en epoca de fiestas (alta demanda) nos vimos obligados a aceptar. Y fue muy incomodo todo.

(EN) On the day of check-out, we left our luggage in the hotel's storage for several hours before our flight back to Lima. My sister-in-law looked for a sweater in her suitcase and couldn't find it. She complained in person, but the staff in charge did nothing about it. Upon arriving in Lima, my sister-in-law's husband realized that two t-shirts were also missing. They called the hotel, and the manager in charge didn't take the matter seriously and did nothing! Furthermore, the rooms with terraces facing the street don't have soundproof windows, so you can hear all the traffic and nighttime noise from the area until the early hours of the morning. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

(ES) El día del check out encargamos las maletas en el storage del hotel por varias horas previo a nuestro vuelo de regreso a Lima. Mi cuñada buscó una chompa en su maleta y no la encontró, hizo el reclamo en persona pero el personal a cargo no hizo nada al respecto. Al llegar a Lima el esposo de mi cuñada cayó en cuenta que también le faltaba dos polos. Llamaron al hotel y el gerente a cargo no le dio importancia al hecho, no gestionó nada! Por otro lado, las habitaciones que dan con terraza a la calle no cuentan con ventanas insonorizadas por lo que se escucha todo el trafico y ruido nocturno de la zona hasta tempranas horas de la madrugada. No recomiendo el hospedaje en este hotel.

O hotel é lindo e o lugar onde está localizado é excepcional! Os funcionários são super gentis, especialmente o senhor Jaime que nos atende no café da manhã. A vista do quarto para os vulcões é incrível.
