Good location, poor quality
Pros:

Very good location in the heart of Arequipa, relatively cheap

Cons:

Staff were a bit rude when there was an issue with my room being incorrect at check-in, cockroach in bathroom as I was checking out, room was quite small and oddly shaped which made it a bit awkward, lots of small staircases to drag luggage up.

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, super cerca a la plaza y en la calle donde hay muchos restaurantes. El lugar es muy lindo, todo de sillar, tiene ascensor y algunas habitaciones con vista al Misti.

Cons:

Lo único es que no había suficiente jabón y shampoo en los potes del baño, deben asegurarse de eso antes de asignar la habitación.

Dije en recepción que al día siguiente era el cumple de mi marido y me dijeron que ya lo habían preparado. Un trozo de bizcocho con una vela.

Todos muy amables, el Sr. Jaime del Comedor incluso nos ayudó con algunas recomendaciones para los tours. Cuando volvamos a Arequipa nos volveremos a alojar ahí, ubicación excelente.

Very stylish hotel in the centre of the city.
Pros:

Very stylish and comfortable hotel in the city centre. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with all the facilities. No air-conditioning but very private windows and doors. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast, good selection and quality. Lots of restaurants and sights very close by.

No había agua caliente. La sábana de la cama tenía unas pequeñas roturas.
Había mucho ruido en las habitaciones del pis superior. Parecía que movían muebles o estaba arreglando cosas todo el día.

Very lovely and stay with an amazing staff
Pros:

Everything was perfect , the room was very comfortable! And the staff was amazing.
They also have permanent hot water and coca tea at the front desk, life saver!
