Bien céntrico para las salidas e impecable la limpieza.

Cons:

Falta variar el buffet desayuno. Muy poco queso, no había variación de proteínas y dulces.

Llegando estaba abierto la puerta del balcón dentro de la habitación (205) lo cuál conecta con otra habitación (207).

Pros:

This hotel is wonderful, all staff is very kind! Especially Jaime, he is the breakfast Maitre Dew, he welcomed us with open arms and helped breakfast be the highlight for the day! Thank you Jaime for being so kind! 🤗

Limpio, excelente ubicación y una muy amable atención
Pros:

La atención en general de las personas que trabajan es excelente. La srta Alejandra de recepción siempre mantuvo una sonrisa amable y cercana. Don Jaime de los desayunos demostró ser una persona muy educada, cercana, que nos solucionó todos nuestros requerimientos y con una atención única.

Pros:

We stayed here for 2 nights and everything was perfect, the staff was amazing, everything was very clean. The location is really good the plaza de Armas is like 5 minutes away , nearby a lot of restaurants and shops. I am satisfied with this hotel. Jaime staff member also helped us with our questions, gave us some suggestions so we are very thankful.

Pros:

L’emplacement est top, la chambre était grande et propre. Le lit était très confortable, le petit déjeuner était varié.
Nous avons pu avoir la chambre un peu plus tôt que l’horaire prévu et vu le trajet en car de nuit c’était très appréciable.

Cons:

Nous avons mangé dans l’hôtel le jour de notre départ et programmer un Uber pour se rendre à la gare. Nous avons été agacé par le serveur qui nous annonçait des délais qui n’était pas respecté (autant rien dire)
