This hotel offers beautiful hospitality. The service, location, and property overall was a lovely experience. I do hope to return one day.

Property is clean and the food is great

The staff did what they could to make our stay comfortable. They provided us with a large cimfortable room. Breakfast ever day was delicious, large and filling!

سكنت بالفندق عدة مرات وساكررها مرة اخرى بالتاكيد حال قدومي الى القاهرة

Location was good, breakfast was good , reception staffs were friendly the only thing that the quality of service need to be improved such as staff uniform and staff knowledge of customer service and relationships issues.

Really a very nice hotel .. and excellent service .. I would like to thank Brother Ahmed El Sayed .. a good person and his service is excellent .. and always tries to help .. if you will stay in this hotel .. ask about him! I will return to this hotel again.

Clean rooms and hot water for bath always available. Breakfast was fantastic. Location is good. All international franchises are within walking distance. Very nice staff. Highly recommended

My family and I stayed in Hotel Zayed for an extended stay while looking for a permanent place to stay in Dokki. The hotel staff was exceptional at welcoming my family and accommodating all our requests. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Was perfect.

Old, dirty, and poor service! Booked the airport shuttle by the hotel, arrived late at night and they needed a cash for the taxi!!! It was 3 am and I had no cash other than Euros and no card was accepted and no room credit was allowed! I had to pay almost 35€ whole the price was 30$ because of their strange ROE! As soon as taxi was resolved he was asking for full payment (at 3:30 am) I was like no, tomorrow will do so!! Got to the room with 3 super tired kids and room was smelly, sheets were super dirty full of hair, yellow spots, tried to change bed sheets and I saw the most horrible materasso I have ever seen in my life. Full of germs, pee and a lot of that I don't want to imagine!! Under the bed there was a huge sum dust and wasted chocolate and garbage!! Next morning breakfast was till 10:30, at 10:35 I asked to get a breakfast and they told me. Now I should pay for whatever they choose for my breakfast!!

This property has unique Egyptian decoration, the lobby is beautiful. The room was comfortable and large enough for Party of Five. Ramy at the front desk was friendly and even helped us order delivery from McDonald's nearby. Also the head Security man walked with me on the street for my safety. The bell captain Hassan was very friendly and available to assist in every way, including making arrangements for airport transfer. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and hope to go back some day

My stay at the hotel was good for the purpose of my visit. I didn't spend much time at the hotel except when I was asleep. The location was quite good. I didn't try the breakfast. I had a problem during the check in. The hotel changed their policy and don't accept online payments and asked me to pay cash for the stay. Eventually, I worked things out with the hotel and they agreed to accept my booking through Hotels.com

Pleasant enough stay. Room was spacious & clean. Rather far from the main historic sites of Cairo so that necessitated a taxi ride to & from the hotel. It was in a quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast was satisfactory & staff were helpful.

what a let down this hotel was,the only good thing was the staff were friendly.We stayed in the family suite,the a/c was so noisy that u could'nt sleep,complained but nothing was done,door handle broken so you could'nt use one of the bedroom made a complaint ,but again nothing done.I would not recommend this hotel choose somewhere else.

My hotel experience was excellent. When I needed a phone charger, someone was sent to purchase one for me.

We stayed there for 2 nights and have a great time. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly and also very helpful, which was really importanto to us as we needed advice to know how to get to places.
They provided us a realiable cab driver to go to the museums and pyramids (although taking tours is probably better).

Stayed at the Zayed for a week on my own and loved it. Great value for money, with friendly and helpful staff.

Location was perfect for me as I had to be at a language institute nearby (20 minute walk, or short ride in a metered taxi for 5LE), but I could still get downtown to the museums by taking a metered taxi (7LE) to the nearest Metro in Dokki. The area (Mohandiseen) has lots of shops and places to eat. It's a great base when visiting Cairo, as you can use the metered taxis and Metro to get to tourist spots, but still come back to a normal non-touristy part of the city.

My room was huge and clean, overlooking the quiet gardens in the centre of the square. There's no wifi in the rooms, but free wifi in the main lounge which is 24 hours and where they serve a massive breakfast. The staff are the best thing - incredibly helpful and made me feel very welcome. Definitely would stay there again.
