Pros:

地點距離桃園火車站走路約10分鐘，有附停車位，附近好吃的的比較少，但走路15分鐘可以到桃園夜市。飯店為舊式風格(裝潢、擺設、空調等)可是整理得很乾淨，空間也很大很大，浴室也很大有浴缸，早餐選項雖然不多但是廚師煮的好吃。

Cons:

浴室的蓮蓬頭因為沒辦法完全拉緊，用蓮蓬頭的時候其水龍頭還是會有部分的水流出，以至於影響了蓮蓬頭的水壓，不影響使用

Pros:

有停車場可停車，白天可開車外出遊玩，回來有不用找車位很方便。房間空間大，床舖柔軟很好睡，浴室明亮乾淨，樓層電梯旁有飲水機，飯店一樓有自助洗衣區，從洗衣區的出口走出去可走到附近的中正路，有很多商家可逛，也有很多美食可吃喝。入住兩天都有房務人員在樓層巡查，人很親切，跟她說枕頭太低，她馬上再給我一顆枕頭。

Cons:

1.二手菸味太濃厚，入住602，隔壁601有一位長期住客，都在房內抽煙，除了走廊上有菸味外，中央空調中也都是菸味，有跟櫃台人員反應，但改善空間不大。
2.房間內沒有電話可與櫃檯聯繫。
3.房間內的小窗戶沒有窗簾可遮光，清晨會被陽光亮醒。
4.停車場較陰暗，地面潮濕不平。
