Mi peor experiencia en Polonia

La ubicación es buena.

Cons:

El apartamento es viejo y la limpieza era bastante dudosa, los trabajadores poco dispuestos a ayudar, la atención no es nada buena. Lo reservamos porque queríamos aire acondicionado, la segunda noche se estropeó y nunca nos contestaron para ayudarnos, teniendo que dormir con calor. En una de las preguntas de su perfil ponen que disponen de espacio para guardar las maletas y es falso, nos dijeron que podíamos dejarlos en el hall del hotel si queríamos puesto que no tienen servicio de guardado de equipaje (al hall tiene acceso cualquier persona). Mi peor experiencia en Polonia y no recomiendo para nada este lugar. Me sorprenden las buenas reseñas porque el sitio es decepcionante.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Vor dem offiziellen Check-in konnte ich das Gepäck bereits ins Zimmer stellen, da die Gültigkeit des Zutrittscodes auf Anfrage etwas vorverschoben wurde.

Cons:

Der Stuhl, einzige Sitzgelegenheit im Einzelzimmer fiel beinahe auseinander. Ich musste ihn an die Wand stellen, um darauf sitzen zu können. Zudem rauchen die Reinigungskräfte und Gäste auf dem Balkon des Innehofes, den Rauch zieht es auch bei nur gekipptem Fenster ins Zimmer, was ich als sehr unangenehm empfand.

Excellent choice for stay in Cracow.
Pros:

Very convenient check in and check out system . Excellent location . Additional towels , ironing board or toiletries left in the hall for guests . Host very responsive. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the room longer after check out which help us a lot to enjoy last day in Cracow . Excellent service .

Pros:

Staff were great. They allowed us to check-out at a late hour. They were very helping also. The room was very clean and tidy, new and has an excellent location. The room also contained an AC, which is quite nice.

Cons:

The downside is the mattresses. They weren’t comfortable

Pros:

Perfect location in the heart of the old town. Stayed with 2 friends celebrating a 60th birthday. Host left us a bottle of sparkling wine in the room which was a lovely surprise.
Great to have A/C as not all properties in Kracow have this facility.
Communication with host was easy and all questions/requests answered quickly
Great we were able to arrange early and late check -out.
Thanks to host

Cons:

Only thing we would have found useful is a small fridge in the room. Other than everything was perfect

Excellent location! The directions given to arrive were extremely helpful. Also the personnel provided us with a mini fridge, needed for medical purposes.

Pros:

Excellent location and we were able to check in early which was very ideal for us. Good sized room for 3 of us.

Awesome stay in the heart of old town Krakow
Pros:

Central location was absolutely perfect for exploring the heart of the city and the main square. But of a walk to the Jewish quarter and the hip and trendy bars, but such a pleasant city to walk about. Room faced in towards a central corridor and didn't hear a peep from outside.

Cons:

I didn't actually see or interact with any staff.The instructions and key pad spot on. Wish they had a formal area to store luggage on check out - but not an issue with hand luggage.
