Pros:

I didn’t really like anything in particular about the property

Cons:

The awful smell in the lobby.

The gas leak that happened in my room that made me and my friend had to leave early for safety reasons

Cons:

Bij het uitchecken moesten we 100 baht betalen voor een glas dat per ongeluk brak in de kamer. Dit voelde wrang aan. Kamer aan de kleine kant (konden onze koffers niet opbergen of open leggen) en af en toe vochtige geur

Petit déjeuner varié. Mon régime alimentaire a limité mes choix de repas toutefois tous les jours l équipe préparait un plat que je pouvais manger.

Good stay for first time visitors!
Pros:

Great Service and Communication from staff. Very good location with easy access to markets and transport. Room was clean and presented well. Beautiful atmosphere. Had early check out due to early flight and staff provided take away breakfast bag as we left prior to breakfast service opening.

Cons:

Average pool area. Beautiful greenery caused some mosquitos (even in room). Small rooms with minimal space for luggage. Poor water pressure in shower. Felt was slightly overpriced compared to other hotels in the area with insular facilities.

旧市街地にある”5つ星並”のホテル！
Pros:

全てが想像以上、期待以上でした！
外から見るエントランスからは想像もできない館内、そして庭、設備で、毎回歩く（探検）する度に新しい発見がありました。
スタッフの方たちの対応は5つ星ホテル並み。みなさんしっかり英語もできますし、24時間フロントに居ます。
朝食も、館内でも外やプールサイドでも楽しめますし、ささいなことかもしれませんが、外で食べてる人たち用にもコーヒーが別で用意されてることに「あ！」と思いました。朝食会場館内にいくつか設置されてるホテルは何回も見てますが、外にも設置してるのは嬉しかったです！（というか、朝食時間以外でも、フリーのコーヒー紅茶、クッキーが置いてあり贅沢です笑）
部屋も中庭に面していてカーテン開ければ緑で溢れてますし、無料のお水も飲み物もお菓子もクッキーも毎日補充してくれます。冷房もしっかり効くし、シャワーの圧やバスルームも快適。
プールもそこまで大きくはない物の、むしろそれが心地よさまでありましたし、外にシャワーもタオルもソープ類も用意してあります。
3つ星ホテルよりちょっと贅沢したい！でも5つ星ホテルのような金額は出したくない...西洋のスタイルじゃなくて、タイ、そしてチェンマイの文化や装飾も味わいたい！って方はここ以外無いんじゃないかなって思います！
本当に良いホテルでした！
そしてかわいい猫ちゃんも4匹居て毎回癒されてました笑

Hotel molto carino a buon prezzo!
Pros:

Struttura semplice ma molto accogliente. Avevamo due camere al primo piano, molto ampie, con letto comodissimo e sedia con tavolino privato nel giardino. Buona la colazione. Io amo i gatti e all’interno dell’hotel ci sono diversi gatti!

Cons:

Non va buttata la carta nel wc ma nel cestino. Per noi non è stato un problema ma potrebbe essere per qualcuno.

Pros:

Las instalaciones eran modernas estaba limpio pero La piscina estaba muy bien y es muy grande aunque tuvieron que reparar una parte mientras estábamos ahí pero es entendible aún así pudimos bañarnos. Muy buena ubicación y muy buen desayuno. Muy recomendable.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son algo pequeñas sin mucho espacio de almacenamiento y las cortinas son antiguas y entra luz bien pronto por la mañana. el gimnasio es insuficiente para entrenar completamente aunque las máquinas que hay son nuevas y bien cuidadas.

Extremely polite and attentive staff. Nice refreshing pool area. European, American and Asian breakfast, something for everybodies taste available. Spacious bathroom. For smokers: Smoking area in separate spot of the garden without being excluded like a pariah.
