Relaxed and enjoyable 😊
Pros:

Me and my son stayed here for 6 nights and it was amazing. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. The food delicious. Rooms are modern and clean. Would definitely visit again. I would recommend hiring a car to go and visit other places an hour or so away, equally the 5 min walk to the beach and shops is very easy. The people are so friendly everywhere you go and always offer help if needed.

Cons:

The swimming pool was very cold, even on a very hot day i struggled to stay in for more than a few mins.

Schöne Woche im Irida Hotel
Pros:

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage, 2 Pools, sehr freundliches Personal, abends tolle Beleuchtung und prima Ausblick über die Bucht.

Cons:

Deluxe Zimmer mit seitlichen Meerblick etwas klein, wenig Stauraum. Auf der Terrasse bei voller Belegung wenig Privatsphäre.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
Pros:

We had an amazing time on Irida Hotel. It's located in the quiet village of Agia Pelagia, not too far from Heraklion, and it felt like we were in paradise. The village has everything you need if you want to stay nearby. The hotel is very close to two beautiful natural beaches. The hotel has amazing views, and the facilities, such as the gym, pools, cocktail bar, restaurant and outdoor areas, are wonderful. We felt so calm and serene there that we didn't want to leave. Our room was big with a porch, and our bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. Breakfast was amazing with several options and delicious food. All of the staff were amazing. We loved Bill; he's hilarious and very professional.
I would definitely stay here again!
I highly recommend it!

Mindful and Serenity Vacation near Heraklion
Pros:

The stuff is very helpful and energetic. We were welcomed so warm. They have a restaurant inside the hotel (price is relatively higher than outside) and made us stay easier for dinner time. Bostani Restaurant has delicious menu. The room is so big and had a patio and a hanging swing. If you have a car and do not want to be the center Heraklion, it's 20 mins away from the airport and has a calm atmosphere. Open buffet breakfast is filling. Beach is easier to reach by car (a bit hill) in 2 minutes. There is a free parking spot for your car.

Cons:

Potable water can be much better at the breakfast buffet. Taste is very unpleasant.

Comfortable and nice stay
Pros:

Just outside the busy area of Agia Pelagia which we liked. You can walk to the beach and restaurants. After check out we could use the facilities the whole day which was great

Cons:

Bruyant : notre chambre (la 16) était sous le restaurant de l'hôtel. Bruits de chaise à partir de 7h du matin et jusqu'au soir 23h30. Bruit de ventilation et de lave vaisselle la nuit. Chambre trop proche de la route.
