Cons:

A bit nerve wrecking to drive down the drive to the property - I am glad I didn’t meet another vehicle and it was light!

Service, meals and comfort (bed) were all great but the venue needs some serious upgrading.

Missed the mark on cleanliness

Cons:

Rooms & hotel in general very dated. Stayed in the gate villa, the dining table had 1-2cm hairs on it. Unit smelled stale.cob webs all over glass balcony outside. For $400 for one night it was disappointing to not have the level of cleanliness you expect.Blocked sink in one of the ensuite rooms. Asked to check in one hour early & we were declined. Parking for the studio room we booked also was non existent..had to park at gate villa and walk back and forth . Tree lined Driveway all the way up to road width for one car only

Pros:

Bed and pillows very comfortable, which is a lovely surprise. Sometimes motel beds are not that comfortable.

Cons:

Little far out for taxi service as we were there for a concert. But other than that it was great

Pros:

It's a beautiful location accompanied by some amazing beaches and walks. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food, although on the very small portion side of "fine dining," was very good.

Cons:

Our loft room was very much invaded by the next room. And I'm sure it was likewise. The walls are super thin, and we could hear every conversation until the early hours of the morning. It's also very noisy being above the restaurant. Sadly, I wouldn't have even paid half of what the room cost us. Asking premium costs for a budget room is a bit wrong. However, the scenery at night was very beautiful, in between room conversations 😑

Pros:

Location amazing, spectacular views from our room. Room was nice and comfortable.

Cons:

Needed updating, although I feel the room rate reflected that. Restaurant food was not good, supposed to be a la carte, would have expected better considering prices were expensive.

Well situated Hotel / Resort to go and relax but housekeeping and cleaning needs urgent attention
Pros:

The view is good.
Good cooked and continental breakfast

Cons:

We were in room 14 and there were constant knocking noises coming from somewhere
This room was also above the kitchen and the smells coming from the kitchen was not always pleasant
The mat in the room was very dirty
The bathroom was not clean and behind and around the toilet was very dirty. Do not know when it was cleaned last

Pros:

Absolutely stunning resort that is so quiet and peaceful. Rooms are large with gorgeous balconies. On-site restaurant with delicious food. Staff are very friendly. We are regulars and are always treated like royalty.
