Excellent service and beautiful place for an overnight stay.
Pros:

My request for the pillows was fulfilled. It did not take too long for the extra pillows to arrive. The pillows were more firm than the pillows already in the room, which helped us to sleep better. Thank you!

Cons:

We had to ask for more pillows. The pillows that were already in the room were too soft. Also, the shower was too small for my husband and I. We are big people, and the shower was too narrow. There weren't enough grab bars in the shower. I almost fell.

Pros:

Breakfast was very nice. Location was great and it was easy to drive to.

Overall, it was a good stay.
Pros:

I liked the balcony and the cleanliness of the rooms and facility. I love the location where it is in walkable distance to just about anywhere downtown. Debbie was so nice and sweet at the front desk.

Cons:

There was no soap in the bathroom & limited trash cans to throw stuff away in the room.

It was great other than the internet . And they did comp one our parking nightly fees so I would say awesome stay.

Pros:

Breakfast was not we usually get at a Hampton Inn, not sure what some of the food was and there was no decaf coffee. Room ammenities were not up to standard.

Cons:

Should have had more than one chair for two adults. An extra towel rack in bathroom would have been useful.

Pros:

The sofa in room 316 needs a deep clean it was stained and don't want think about with what. 🫣
