Everything about the hotel was great. Breakfast, cocktails at the bar, dinner at the restaurant or as room service, our room itself was incredible. The hotel even sent one of their staff members to accompany us during a day trip to the wonderful Acasi Rustic Beach (wonderful touch). The thing that really set this place apart was the team effort on the part of the staff to provide us with the best experience. If one employee was not available (be it because of being their day off or they were busy on something else), someone else would be ready to help us. Thank you Karen, German, Edison, Alvaro, Roberto, Roberto Suarez, Brandon, Leonardo (really every single employee was always ready to help with a smile and a great attitude. I know I am missing some names but the reality is that every employee provided us with outstanding service during our stay. We are making plans for our next visit. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par la beauté des lieux: une architecture sublime, un jardin somptueux et une ambiance à la fois chic et chaleureuse.
Les chambres sont tout simplement magnifiques: décoration soignée, matériaux nobles, et un équipement haut de gamme. Tout est pensé pour le confort et le plaisir des clients, avec une attention particulière aux détails.
Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, attentif et professionnel : toujours disponible, souriant, et d’une discrétion remarquable. Leur sens du service est impeccable, et ils savent anticiper les moindres besoins.
La piscine est un vrai bijou, entourée d’un cadre idyllique. La salle de sport est bien équipée et très agréable.
Le petit-déjeuner, servi à table, est excellente: des produits frais et de qualité, présentés avec soin. La restauration est également très bonne.
Nous connaissons beaucoup de Relais & Châteaux, et celui-ci se place sans conteste en tête de notre classement. C’est la meilleure expérience que nous avons vécue. Le meilleur de tous ceux que nous avons testés.
Pour finir, il est en plus extrêmement bien situé au cœur du quartier historique à deux pas de tous les centres d’intérêt.
Un grand merci à toute l’équipe . Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommandons chaudement cet établissement .

Es un remanso de paz en una de las calles más bonitas de Cartagena. Una casa de estilo colonial reformada con mucho encanto y manteniendo la arquitectura de la época. Habitaciones muy cómodas y grandes. El personal muy servicial y agradable.

Todo ha sido excelente, el desayuno muy rico, solo que toma tiempo porque es a la carta, por lo que sería bueno conocerlo para sólo planificarse porque todo era exquisito

Best location in Cartagena! Everything was great. We really felt home at all times and its quintessential colonial experience. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. My Fiance had an health issue and they were so kind and helpful, to the extent they bring you to the best pharmacy to get the meds (thanks Eduardo for that)
