Highly recommended!
Pros:

The hotel is very clean and rooms are very spacious. The bathroom is large and has everything you need. Breakfast is amazing: great variety and quality! Staff is extremely kind and professional. The hotel is inside the mall so great opportunity to roam around and find what you need. Special mention to the indoor pool and gym, clean and well equipped.

Nice stay in Beijing in a great location. Special mention for Guest Relations manager Maria and check-in staff Kyrie.
Our food and beverage order on day 1 was delayed but Maria sent a sweet and heartfelt hand-written apology note the next day which was much appreciated.
